The beds were not very comfortable. The bathtub had dark spots in it that made it look dirty, but wouldn’t come off. The breakfast was very minimal, but okay.

The overnight staff was kind and helpful. The room was acceptable cleanliness. The tv had Netflix app on it which made my kids happy.

No sleep! We drove 2 hrs. to Hot Springs because I had test at the hospital the next morning in which I had to be there at 7:30 a.m. & we wanted to get a good night's sleep without having to wake up at 3 a.m. to drive there. The room was nice & the bed was comfy, BUT the window directly faced an big Auto Dealership which kept there parking lot BRIGHTLY lit up all night. The room had a shade that appeared to be about 30 years old & was completely see through. The light from the car lot shined into our room all night long. So when we were still unable to sleep at 4am because it looked like it was day time & daylight outside, it was very frustrating. I suggest all rooms on that side facing the dealership have the shades replaced with black-out curtains then it would be a place we would stay at again, at that time it would be worth the inexpensive cost. The floor above us also was apparently awake all night because we heard nothing but stomping across the floor all night...back & forth. Was very disappointed in our stay because of the light & noise & the lack of any rest or sleep before my test. 😖☹

The staff was rude and short with customers. She actually told a customer on the phone she was too busy to book a room for them and they should only call on a Monday to book not a Friday night. She then proceeded to tell me about her difficult day.

Even though the room was marked as "handicapped", the bed was difficult to get on because of the height. The shower was also difficult to use. There needs to be a vertical support bar above one outside end of the tub.

The breakfast was ok. The cereal was mostly "kids" cereal. The prepackaged muffins, breakfast bars and breakfast burrittos all contain soy. We did use the microwave and refrigerator in the room.

I really needed sleep and asked for a quiet room when I made the reservation. By the time I realized someone above or below me was playing bass music all night long, it was too late to change rooms as I was already in bed and unpacked, etc. Do not think they had any other available rooms anyways. Very disappointed as did not sleep all night and had an important get together the next day.

Breakfast was not much. Couple was fighting in hallway, man kept yelling at wife for at least a half hour, wife holding a child while he was yelling at her, it was apparent she was afraid to go into the room. I reported to front desk, she said cops were coming they never did. People smoking pot in building, when it was clearly stated no smoking, and people smoking right outside the door. Room smelled but was very clean. They lady at the front desk was very friendly that was a plus. won't stay again, for a Super 8 by Wyndham expected way better.
