The roaches. They over run and overwhelm you immediately. Poor water pressure in sink, tub and toilet. Had to flush multiple times. I booked a smoking room but was forced to accept a non smoking and told I could smoke in the room anyway. Hopefully I won't be charged because he didn't want to change me to what I clearly requested.

I had a non smoking room but there were cigarette butts on the floor when I walked in. It was also very dirty and sticky stuff on the floor. The tv didn’t work and the toilet was very nasty.

The door was off its hinges, the chain loop thing was hanging on the door by one partially stripped screw, the deadbolt flipper thing would barely engage, the AC was exceedingly noisy and you turn it from 70 where it's too cold to 73 and it shuts off and is too warm, the sink faucet was not bolted to the counter, the toilet paper holder was missing the spindle and loose from the wall, the room had burn marks and weird dirt piles in the corners and along the seam between the wall and the floor, the room had a weird cigarette smell, the curtains needed to be hemmed but I suppose that's minor, the TV did not work again minor but come on, every time I turned it on I got a different set of settings, the driveway is exceedingly inconvenient and desperately needs to be redone, the paint inside the room was peeling off and had gouges into the drywall.

The bed was decently soft, and the AC did work mostly, and the water did, eventually, get hot (but you had to let it run for like 10 minutes), and there isn't really anything else positive about the place.

The TV was not connected to WI-FI, and when I alerted management they kept saying they were going to come fix it. The TV not working made the stay irritable being that the TV is the best amenity in the room.

Poor quality of the room. The room was deteriorated, with inadequate cleaning. To get to the hotel there is no transportation from the airport as if for other hotels.

The front half of the hotel looked like it was abandoned or they started repairs and never finished it.

When I reserved a room at this hotel on Booking.com, one of the main reasons I chose it was because it advertised an airport shuttle. When I arrived at the airport and called the motel, I was informed that there was no shuttle and that they had tried to get the website to remove that as an amenity. That was all the help I got in that department, and so had to take a taxi, which raised the price I was spending on this motel considerably. I know other people have mentioned the place being in a sketchy location, and it was, but this wasn't unexpected. However, I was also disappointed to see that the room was missing another advertised amenity, a coffeemaker. This was another reason I had chosen to book this motel, and so it was frustrating to see it missing. The man working the front desk was very nice and found a coffeemaker and paper cup I could use, although he didn't provide any coffee or tea to go along with it. The room wasn't bad, although when I spilled water and wiped a table with a towel, a black layer of grime came off. I kind of expected that though; my main issue with the place were that I booked a place that advertised an airport shuttle and coffee-making facilities and found it had neither.

Trying to return to Atlanta this month and I called them to let them know that we were coming back and to see if what they said that would do for us when we come back and the front desk person said that they didn’t know what I was talking about. Waiting for a callback from the Manager. So I want to see how good are they at keeping their word.

The staff tries to accommodate your needs if you have any and the man at the desk said that when we come back to Atlanta he would give us one of their Big Rooms for the same price as we paid for the one we stayed in due to a couple of things that wasn’t satisfactory in the room we stayed in and I thought that was nice.

Rooms was very nasty not clean didn't get any towels or rags my whole visit rooms smelled very bad and everything was very dirty with hair n who knows what tub wasn't cleaned when we first got in the room and told the staff nothing was done my whole stay never got any room service to clean my room asked many times will never stay in a super 8 again

The tv didn’t work in the first room we was in we was switched to another room with a working tv but room had roaches in and the shower hot water didn’t work had to take hobo baths in the sink cause that’s the only hot water that work
