The bed was noisy. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Smelled like weed.

First room given was dirty as if staff decided making the beds was all the that was needed. Got a new room and it has been cleaned. Neither rooms had floors/carpets clean enough to move about without slippers/socks/shoes. None of our possessions were placed on the floors. Additionally, dogs are allowed and they were dogs barking loudly as I walked through the hall. We were up and out long before checkout!

The lobby is inviting.

Poor lighting, not enough electrical outlets, shower heads needs upgrading, better pillows and mattress, no in room coffee maker.

No elevator to the second floor, parking was very limited, and the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The location was excellent. It was close to places to eat, places to shop, as well as the freeway.

someone near my room was smoking in their room. I have breathing difficulties and although we tried to get help, it went on the entire night

Some things in our room looked very worn, especially the bathtub. Also I don't feel like a pack of pop tarts and a cup of fruit cocktail really counts as a breakfast so the free breakfast advertised is misleading. And there were people out back doing obvious illegal vending if you know what I mean, which isn't a good look.

I wasn't expecting much because we needed a cheap hotel in a pinch. It was pretty clean but smelled like smoke and our shower drain was clogged but they moved us to a new room so that was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room met our basic needs.

There was no fridge, microwave or iron. My room had a sink but no place to keep my food? Had I known that I wouldn't have made the reservation.

The staff tried to be as helpful as they could with the facilities available. They were always courteous & accommodating.

the room wasn’t exactly clean, the shower had mold and was noticeably dirty, the toilet had buildup in the bowl and when we go there there was toilet paper floating in the bowl. the beds were okay though. the breakfast wasn’t even a breakfast but like a pop tart and packaged donuts even though I was expecting like a breakfast with like actual food as advertised.

EWas not happy with our check in. The staff gave our reserved room to another customer with same last name.I had booked through booking.com and never have had any problems. I had even emailed to let them know our arrival time. The person working had to call the other customer to come down and then she had to call her boss. This added another 45 minutes before we could get in our room. She was very apologetic but she should have verified all info and confirmation with the other customer. The other customer booked through a third party also and had to call them and redo everything.

Alarm went off in 5 am and receptionist explained it is nothing wrong, just happened sometimes during the day, but in the morning no one could handle it , but firemen.

breakfast and fact of no pool..had to walk to other side of build to get ice you machine was down. I could go on but let's face it you get what you pay for ..

Location was central to all Location i had to be at for the week end...staff was great ...but thats where it ends.sorry but not sorry. Place is falling apart the fixes made make the place look trashy..

I didn't get the room I booked. I am very unhappy with this. I booked a single king bed with a hot tub in the room, I got a 2 queen size beds room, no hot tub..... very disappointed. The only reason I booked this room was for the hot tub.
