I was annoyed that the front desk was never there. Upkeep of the room was rough. Most of the power outlets were very unsafe looking. Jacuzzi was cold.

The price was nice. And the distance to food was good.

Although vacuumed and no sign of dirt, the carpet looked stained & dirty. Possibly a newer paint job, some painter's tape was left around a shower fixture. Just an overall feeling of dirt and the whole facility once we entered the lobby, in the hallways and in our room had an odor/smell of curry or something not pleasant. Was hard to sleep on the extra hard bed.

It was a place that was convenient on our travel. It was warm and provided what we needed. It was a family suite, so had a separate master room which was great.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired, it took a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in and no one there for check out, just a key drop box. When checking in, a young boy (maybe 3) came out of the residence into the check in behind counter, climbed up on the counter and started picking up everything he laid his hands on and threw it on the floor. It must have been the man's son. The clerk did not do anything, say anything to the child nor anything to me about it, I was simply shocked that the adult would allow this to take place, no where business like at all. The clerk was pleasant to me, but I felt very uncomfortable. Faucet in sink was loose, paint peeling in bathroom, carpet worn and stretched out, patches in walls very poorly done and no paint over the patches, not very thoroughly cleaned, just not a good overall experience.

It was very reasonably priced, beds were okay, but that's all I can say positively about this facility.

This room was not wheelchair or handicap accessible as requested. Couldn't get the wheelchair to the bed. The refrigerator blocked the way. The bathtub was too tall, taller than a standard tub and the shower chair was 8" tall, more like a foot rest. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and sweet rolls

We asked to see the room before checking in... we let staff know it smelled like cigarette smoke..and to make sure we weren't charged for that! No ice.machine available.(broken)

It was a little run down and the breakfast was disappointing. The ice machine appears to be permanently broken based on reviews. The bedspreads were filthy.

Why are they calling it Hotel Zyva? When it is in fact the Super 8 motel in Beaver, UT. Something fishy is going on. Also the bathroom had a couple maintenence issues from a recent renovation.

The price of $115 for a double queen room on a friday night would be great if it was a Hotel Zyva. As is, it was a decient price for the Super 8 Motel. Breakfast was good for the price and had waffles. Beds were soft and comfy.

This is a Super 8, I feel like it was false advertising to use a different name. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

rooms are old and not very clean. furniture was old and broken, armchair was old and soiled. not much for breakfast choice and the waffle batter was bitter and inedible.

Very dated & dirty. Found a pill on the floor. Not cleaned around floor edges. Box springs were ripped open. The breakfast waffle was thrown out, awful taste. At $90.00 US, it was way overpriced.

Sorry left at 5 am so missed the breakfast. Would have been nice to have everything available in dinning room and people like us who leave early can make their own bagels or toast or cereal

The sheets where clean but the room was needing work done on it . The carpet was terrible, the smell was not good. have stayed there before because I travel a lot but this room was not good. Put some money into the repairs and up date or close it

Cleanliness was not good especially for the price…found dirty plastic utensils, dirt, crumbs and a ball of hair behind mini fridge and dirt on carpet in corners of the room. “Bonus” hairs in bathtub also. Beds seemed clean but bedding very thin-no comforter, only very light blanket-however I wouldn’t mind that as much if the room had a good cleaning.

They are just getting started, but they couldn’t seem to handle one or two guests; that was all that was there. Room had crushed snack mix on the floor. Complimentary ‘hot breakfast’ was nothing but waffles and instant oatmeal. There was no milk for the cereal. Nobody was present at the desk in the morning; I woke the clerk up by calling on the house phone. Clerk had excuses for conditions and was slow to offer service. Clerk took my email address to send my receipt to. I know they can take some time to come in, so I waited until evening to check my email. It wasn’t there. I had to call to get it sent out. Ice machine was broken. I needed to wash laundry but they only took cash for detergent and I only a debit card. I would hate to see the place when it is busy!

The location is good, right off the freeway. There was nobody competing for the Wi-Fi. Bathroom was clean.

That the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on the walls...it was tilted so the curtain wouldn't stay closed & water got all over the floor. The coffeemaker was broken...it wouldn't shut. The housekeepers kept slamming doors up and down the hallway.

The bed was really comfortable. I appreciated the 2 door access to the room.
