Breakfast practically non existent. Pillows not comfortable. Needs deep cleaning. This location in present condition is worth $55.00 night tops!

There was smell of stale smoke in lobby area and breakfast room. Did not stay for the breakfast. There were burn marks in carpeting in room, and on nightstand, even though Non-smoking room. Property needs overhaul.

The location was convenient for my travels. High praise for A/C heating unit; quiet and efficient.

We were charged for 2 nights but only stayed one night. We tried booking and it gave the wrong date, 10-31. We just went to the desk and booked the night on 10-30. The desk clerk said it would be taken care of. My husband's account was still charged for both nights. We were already in Michigan on the 31st, but were charged for it. How do we get this refunded?

There were dead bugs in the bathroom behind the door. The breakfast had very few choices, waffles Bagels or cinnamon rolls which were in short supply. Well check in was very easy, the person behind the desk didn't actually speak to me except to ask my name.

I slept well.

Meager at best. Ran out of waffle mix. No eggs. No bacon or sausage. No hot cereal. I had the last fruit cup. Just Meager. The room was designated NON-SMOKING but smelled of tobacco smoke. There appeared to be a cigarette burn in the bed cover. I went back out to the front desk and told the guy at the desk. He apologized and said he was aware and I would not be accountable for it.

The room smelled weird and the carpet was nasty with stains, as was the chair in the room. The window was filthy and didn't lock. The filters in the AC/heat unit were dirty.

The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. We also liked the large train themed pictures.

Although the room is listed as “non-smoking” there is the constant smell of cigarettes as other hotel guests are smoking on the property. You can’t get away from the smell so if you are sensitive to smoke this hotel isn’t for you. Due to the smaller size of the tv it was hard to hear. when in bed. You have to turn the volume up to almost 40-45 to hear the dialogue or to watch a sports event which could be pretty annoying to other hotel guests trying to sleep..

The hotel is FILTHY! The carpet in the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the walls in the bathroom had dried streaks of dirt down them.

Fridge in room was extremely loud, making a continous drum beat clicking noise. Couldn't turn it off obviously, difficult to sleep. Mirror in bathroom hung in such a way that it prevented both the tap turning on fully, or engaging the plug pull to fill the sink. Both are silly things that are easily preventable that made the stay rather disappointing.

We had no service to room during our 3 days of staying there. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. That was even after asking housekeeping if they could please service our room. There was no trash pickup or anything else. We even made our own bed every morning.

The breakfast was very limited .The kiten area had broken equipment and needs updated.
