I had booked online for a set price then when I got to the place they charged me an extra fee which should have been in the total. They also didn’t have any breakfast like they stated they did.

Cold coffee only coffee served no breakfast just an individually wrapped danish and coffee. It’s very quiet though. Staff is sweet.

The room was damp and it smelled, the bed sheets were damp as hell, the AC didn't work just kept clicking, toilet wasn't bolted all the way down and had some roaches in there also.

The rooms are very dated and have a very odd smell. Booked thru Booking.com and the first room was a exterior room in the back smelled of urine had one small light in room, just very poor quality for price and was not at all like photos. Ask for interior room and was given one somewhat better but still very low quality for price.

The room was not clean, they wouldn't give us enough towels for everyone in the room, the breakfast was juice and mini muffins and coffee. The window wouldn't close all the way but it wasn't open too much but still not fully safe!

I have to switch room first one wasn't clean good and a funny odor. Second room pillow cases were dirty flour wasn't clean gritty hole under sink tv dunt have many channels

One of the entrances to the hotel was blocked, so you have to go down and make a u turn it was a pain. There was no trash can in the room. The tv was very small and out dated the remote did not work and the parking lot floods bad when it rains

The parking lot could use a remodel. The sign is Led & broken. The hotel has 2 names. There was a surprise $40 dep for damages. 🙃 how would you know if I damaged anything? The room door has to be slam/pushed hard to ensure its closed. The beds were small!!! There were NO blankets. 2 sheets & a thin decorative "sheet". But we travel with blankets &/or pillows so we were covered. The mattresses sit on a queen metal frame. So the frame sticks out 3in further than the mattress. Kinda annoying. The room was bare. It wasn't clean. The floor had a nice wood look tile to it. Found on the floor: an old French fry, a sock need the wall/head of bed, a rubber toy snake under the sink, which scared us until we proved it to be fake. The sink had stains on the faucet, the plastic cups, wrapped in plastic were dirty. The shower head had hard water stains caked around it, the tub was stained, there were tiny hairs on/around the toilet, & dry urine spots on the toilet seat. LUCKILY I TRAVEL WITH CLEANING PRODUCTS 😃. Before we used ANYTHING, I USED MY SANI WIPES. There wasn't a trash can in the room nor a phone. Before checkout (9am) I needed ice for my cooler. I went to the front lobby. After the 2nd trip I was told there was 1 in my building. I've stayed here about 4x & never seen it. The walk to the lobby from my rm wasn't bad so I didn't mind. **the kicker? Our room key was turned off at 10am! (I did receive my $40 dep back when I checkout-if you use a card he said it's 3-5day return)

The pillows were super comfortable. The location, for the reason I stayed was great. The amount I paid for 1 night, was reasonable. However. I used booking, booked the room in Aug 2023 & paid $7 more than my friend who booked thru the hotel, & booked in early Nov. The ice machine WORKED, & the ice was CLEAN. Check in/check out was ok. ** The ac/heat worked.

The overall condition of the hotel was noticeably "well worn," and my stay in room 186 was quite disappointing. Upon entering, the room initially appeared as one might expect for this style of hotel, but that’s where the expectations ended. First, the wall-mounted headboard was detached and hanging off the wall, creating an unsettling start. The exterior door did not close or seal completely, allowing bugs to fly in when the room light was on after dark. This was evident by the large gaps of light visible on all four sides of the door. The bathroom was particularly distressing. The bathtub was filthy, with large, poorly completed patches on the fiberglass wall. There was a massive hole on the inside wall of the tub, crudely "repaired" with silicone. The faucet required one hand to hold it in place while the other turned it on, as it was barely secured to the wall, also with silicone. Unfortunately, the worst part was yet to come. As I lay in bed, I felt something on my pillow against my head. Turning on the light revealed a German cockroach crawling on my pillow, followed by another one on the artwork above the bed. They both met their end with my boot. Also, my desire to sleep at this point ended. The saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here. If my room had these issues and an apparent cockroach infestation, one can only wonder about the condition of other rooms. This experience was deeply disappointing and has ensured I will not be returning to this hotel.

The price and proximity to Biloxi were very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the staff was very kind and welcoming.

Rooms are out of date furniture raggedy spread cigarettes holes.we had to chave microwave 3 times before one worked that wasn't dirt. Sheets dingy just an over all bad stay. Request early check out . This is a place if you just can't find anything else.
