The carpets clearly hadn't been vacuumed, the toilet felt like it was going to tip over and only one entrance. The pillowcases were stained.

Sent on wild goose chase because was told our confirmation # (thru booking app) wasn't their's. Even though address of hotel was same as the one on confirmation email. Very inconvenient, but finally resolved

Dirty towels, cigarettes burns in the sheets, bed lamps didn't work, clock didn't work, coffee maker didn't have all the parts, broken tub valve, small towels, cold coffee in lobby.

The room was freezing. No heater on. The blanket was spring-type. We slept all dressed. The bed sheet had plainty of black staints.

The beds were crazy uncomfortable my back was killing me and they didn’t turn on the AC in our room before we arrived so it was extremely hot and stuffy , the halls smell was terrible and though we were in a non smoking room we could still smell smoke everywhere

Took over an hour to check in because staff couldn't find reservation so we were sent to the other location where the staff also couldn't find our reservation. The staff at the other location offered to review our confirmation email and confirmed it was actually the first location we went to. So we had to go back and the staff still insisted it wasn't there but after rechecking our reservation popped up and we finally checked in.

The room smelled like smoke. The comforter had cigarette burns in it. The bathroom was disgusting, and the water pressure was awful! I would never stay in this hotel again. Booking should remove this location from the site.

The only thing good was the brand new refrigerator, that I made them install for me. I have nothing else good to say.

Poor check in, poor check out, Cigarette holes in the bedding, in a non smoking room, booked breakfast and none available. Had 30 nights in the US and this was the worst. Vending machines out of order.

When we arrived to check in the police had just been called, we went into our room and saw there were stains on the beds and it was dirty, only 1 lamp worked in the room, the main lights wouldn't turn on. So we checked out and left. We didn't feel safe at all.

Dirty run down outdated. Very undesirable tenants staying in other rooms. Fights in hallway at 2 am, overwhelming smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. Won’t be staying here again.

Lobby was kinda sketchy. Only 1 ice machine in entire hotel. Website says there was a pool; there was not. Website says they do continental breakfast; they do not. The parking lot was kinda cramped. Hallways smell bad. People loiter outside at all times of the day and night. Doors squeak loudly. Air conditioners are a little outdated.

Location was great. You're 5 minutes from multiple restaurants and stores.

Lobby was dirty with old chair No elevator. Has to carry my luggages climbing to the 3rd floor Air condition was good I requested for a king size bed but was given a king sized frame with a queen mattress covered with sheets. Carpet was torn, old, dirty and ripping apart. I checked out immediately and I’m yet to get my refund after 5 days. I will not recommend that place.
