There was a lot of vagrancy outside i did not feel safe Alsp someone came pounding on my door in the middle of the night and would not go away I called the office and they said they would send security The smoke alarm beeped loudly the whole night i had to unplug it, othet than that the room was very clean and the a/c was super cold.

Breakfast was subpar. Not much left to eat after only being an hour late getting there and still had 1 1/2 before breakfast was officially over. Water in the bathroom ran all night and there were dirty hand towels left under the sink from whomever stay before we got there.

Location was ideal for why I was there. The price was great for a last minute choice to stay. Staff was friendly. Noise level was good.

Soap scum and mold in the bathtub, obvious areas that hadn't been cleaned (bloody boogers on the lampshade, food on the wall, urine and hair on toilet), breakfast was very minimal.

To start with i needed to check in 2 hours early for work. When i called the phone rang not exaggerating for a good 10 minutes or more. When the lady finally answered there was no apology for the wait and i could tell she didnt want to answer. I asked about checking in early she told me it was $20. Fine i wasnt really happy as ive had this issue at other hotels and usual they can accommodate me especially since i wont even be in the room but it was fine. When i get there no one is at the counter i wait several minutes call and no answer. The cleaning lady i assume was watching tv in the waiting area and finally went back to get the lady who came out 5 minutes later. I get all the through the check in process then she asks for the early fee and $20 deposit both of which had to be cash i hadnt seen this anywhere but she said its in the fine print online. I leave go across the street to a shady atm with the smallest drive thru ever at a shut down bank then went back. Had to wait for her to finish checking in what i can only assume was an escort based off the phone conversations she was having. I finally get my key go to my room almost at the end of the building. Slip as im walking in the building due to the painted sidewalk and the rain that day. Get into the room and the clothes rack is falling down there is a tampon box in the drawer and a rillo wrapper behind the pillows and the bathroom fan isnt on. Shower curtain isnt all the way on the rod and to turn the water on in the shower you had to turn the knobs backwards. I wasnt really comfortable here the majority of the night and there wasnt much i could do about it. I tried to check out about 8 the next morning no one at the counter so i went to a meeting i had and decided to come back to check out this time there were 2 people in line ahead of me still just one lady and now shes going really slow. I had to leave in order to get back on time. I had planned to pick up my deposit later but cant get an answer over the p

The room of the fisrt night was awful: broken bathroom door, broken toilet, dirty, the room smells like smoke even though I asked for a non-smoking room. The second night i asked to change room and finally I had a good room.

The property is outdated, and while being cleaned often, it's done not really thoroughly: dust, dirt, rust in every corner. Wi-Fi was not working for the first day of our stay. Linen covered with cigarette holes; corridors smell like weed.

It's cheap, location is convenient to downtown, quiet, all appliances working, room of a decent size. Perfect AC.
