They advertise breakfast and a pool. There is no breakfast and pool was empty. The hallways were dirty. Ice machine on first floor is not working properly, however, a 2nd floor ice machine was working. Back entrance was not secured due to the key card pad not working. Lamp (and therefore USB/power outlets) was not working in one of the rooms, which is very important when needing to charge phones, etc. Will probably not stay at any Super 8's in the future.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel is close to the park.

When I booked, in all information and my confirmation it stated breakfast was included. After charging my credit card I was told there was no breakfast. I was not offered free cancellation or a discounted price. The space arrangement in the room makes using the desk and chair difficult. There were holes in the bedspread. The lamp on the window side of the bed did not work even after replacing the light bulb. It did seem to be plugged into the wall.

The curtains in the room were broken so they couldn't be shut. The staff was nice to give us an extra bedspread to hang over the window., but we had to get up on a chair to do that. Also, they advertised breakfast but when we go there, they said there was no breakfast.

The desk clerk at check in was brusque to the point of rudeness. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator. No breakfast was offered. No staff were evident on property to answer questions or provide assistance.

They location was great, the room was clean and comfortable.

absolutely nothing. advertised breakfast but nothing. room was very unclean, dead bug & trash on floor. microwave was filthy inside & out and fridge freezer was stuffed with ice cream from prior tenants. this place needs to be taken off as no one needs to stay in that crap place.

The bed was super hard and uncomfortable, Saud breakfast included but there was no breakfast. Also, the only coffee was those cheap packets in the room which usually taste bad. The shower head didn't spray very well and the shower looked unfinished. There was a piece of tile sticking out and water could get behind there. The soda machine didn't work and there were full trash bags left in the stairwell.

It was close to Calrlsbad Caverns.

I booked because I thought they would have breakfast which would make it much easier to get to where I needed to get done but they didn't have any breakfast I spent extra money on this hotel just for the breakfast very disappointing

The booking was misleading, it said hot breakfast and swimming pool. only after checking in and asking about the breakfast and pool, I was then informed that both of these were non-existent and waiting on permits. We should have received at least $30 to $40 dollars off the price. This place definitely needs a face lift for sure. For the price difference we could have booked at a newer facility across the street or down the street for $5 more and had a much better stay for the money.

When we got there our room wasn't ready at all we had to wait for it to be cleaned, even when it was clean it felt so dirty I'm pretty sure they didn't even change the sheets and the curtains were stained with red stuff I won't be coming back to this motel

Had to change rooms 2 times due to A/C not working on 2 rooms. I have 3 rooms and the 2 of the rooms the bathrooms were dirty. Website says free breakfast, hotel said NO BREAKFAST!!
