Sausage gravy and scrambled egg rounds would have been lovely.

Location was very convenient and post covid breakfast of sausage links, egg white rounds, biscuits, and toaster waffles was far better than average. Coffee was also very good.

Only negative was the shower curtain bar was coming off the wall. Told the desk clerk at breakfast and she added it to the maintenance person's to do list. Not a biggie.

Room and sheets, linens, towels were clean. Quiet room, did not hear neighbors. Rate was fine as advertised. Close to Mammoth National Park (10 minute drive). Breakfast was fine for the assorted cold food, the hot links and especially the eggs left some to be desired, but cereal, toasted waffles and doughnuts and juice were enough anyway. Several restaurants nearby.

Fresh fruit at breakfast

Breakfast was varied but did not have any fresh fruit. The location was very good, close to main highways.

Our room could have been cleaner (there was a dead fly on the floor) and the bathroom sink had toothpaste and hair on it. However, we mentioned this to the hotel staff and they went and re-cleaned it without issue and were very nice.

loved the location close to the attractions (caves, restaurants, gas stations) as well as the friendliness of all the staff. The breakfast was nice to have at our disposal and had bagels, cream cheese, cereal, sausage links, biscuits, frozen waffles, packaged donuts, granola bars, juice, and coffee. Overall, the hotel is a great option for traveling families and is very cozy and a great deal for the cost.

The bed was a bit too firm, needed vacuuming and there was something unflushed in the toilet.

Close to many things. Easy to get to and from the Cracker Barrel restaurant.

Dirty rag and used soap in the bathtub. Sheets and towels smelled moldy. Didn't complain to front desk because we was informed they was short staffed on maids so we figured all rooms was probably not that clean.

our air conditioning did not work for the first couple of hours that we were there, but the weather was not too hot anyway. it ended up working later on in the evening.

The area was close to all the essentials like Walmart, restaurants, tourist attractions, and interstate. The hotel was booked a lot from the recent storm, but the employees did their best to accommodate everyone. Free breakfast was mediocre, but sufficed since it was for free!! overall happy with our stay and the price.

when trying to check in, I was told by the receptionist that I was not allowed to stay because I only live 35 miles away. I had booked on Booking.com many months prior, and there was no indication that that would be a problem. In the end, I was able to stay but only after a lot of conversation between the two of us.

The hotel was very close to the convention center and offered a hot breakfast. when I did have an issue with the room, I was moved immediately to a different room by a very kind person who work there.

bathroom in unit 106 was in need of repair. shower curtain rod was almost pulled out of the wall and the caulking around the tub was moldy.
