Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The refrigerator had a foot missing and was wobbly. Didnt close correctly in the cabinet.
Cleanliness and helpful staff. Brody was very helpful.

More then I expected.
Nice location. I just took bus from Waterloo Station to the property. It was quite convenient. I paid bus fare around 3 USD drove me from Waterloo bus station to the property. Price charged was acceptable as well.

No real issues
Clean & comfy, property definitely had a remodel. Not your normal rundown Super 8. Pleasantly surprise. Great hot breakfast.

Stayed three nights and never had any housekeeping services. Had to get our own fresh towels and toilet paper. No trash picked up for the entire stay.

Stairs but really was no big deal just awkward with suitcase. Maybe bigger pillows.
It's not fancy but the staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and beds comfy. 24 hour coffee and water. Breakfast has plenty of options with muffins, waffles, yogurt, cereals.

Bed was not as comfy as others but it wasn’t horrible by any means.

Breakfast - see above!
Breakfast was my only disappointment. I didn't eat until around 7:30 but the eggs were crusty and dried little pieces, the gravy was at a rolling boil in the crockpot ( and was all separated into 3 different liquids) and the biscuits were rock hard. I don't like to waste food but threw most of it away. The coffee was good and I had a good bagel. I did tell the front desk that things were boiling and drying out - I don't like to complain but didn't want the food ruined even more. Otherwise, I was very happy with the hotel.

The air flow was not very good… You had to stand very close to the AC in order to feel it. A comfy chair would’ve been nice since they only give you one chair at the desk and there is definitely space in the room for one.
Was cozy and comfortable, amazing accessibility, and friendly staff. Location is great being right of the highway and major roads that connect through town.

They did not have a tea/coffee maker in our room as advertised. We were able to get some in the lobby for the first few days. After that the regular coffee side of the machine was not working. They moved the regular coffee to the other side where the decaf was so that we could get coffee. They said that they were in the process of getting a new coffee machine. There was a big stain on the floor of the room right in front of the sofa.
I liked the location. The breakfast was good (we had to heat it up in the microwave to get it to our liking). I liked the fact that they had lots of options: cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, eggs (scrambled and hard-boiled), sausage, french toast, waffles, biscuits & gravy. They also had a wide assortment of things to drink: teas, hot chocolate, coffee, orange juice and apple juice. The room was spacious. We liked the view outside our window. We watched the birds and the bunny rabbits play every morning.

No view out the window due to a tree.
Location is great, the staff was wonderful from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Everyone said hi to my daughter and we’re very friendly.

Sunday morning breakfast was busy and there was no visible staff to refill napkins, cups, tea or to clean up. This was 8:30
Room close to front door, easily accessible to walk the dog. Nice breakfast options. I liked having hot water for tea anytime.
