We were unable to use the jets in the hot tub because they were not adequately cleaned. Black residue would emerge when they were turned on. This was disappointing, as we had chosen to stay specifically for the in-room hot tub.

The staff was nice, the room was pleasant, and the property was generally good and quiet.

There is no where at all to sit outside, and Definitley not kid friendly cause there is no where for them to even play in the grass. Parking lot is very tore up. Some spots can be a tripping hazard.

House keeping was super nice. Room was big and clean.location was great as we were visiting family near by.

The key card didn't work t to work half the time. You had to play with it for a while to get it to unlock the door.

In an effort to help you improve your property, the mattress needs replaced. We did see a roach in our bathroom. We did not have enough wash clothes or towels.

Great location for our event. Close to restaurants. Very good location so we didn't have to drive far to our show.

It was kind of underkept. the television countinuosly stopped between minutes of our movies. the bed could have had more pillows.

I liked the layout of the room. The water was hot,there were plenty of towels and the air conditioner kept the room cool. The city was very familiar to us.

The pool was not open. We was there for baseball and wanted a place with a pool. No where did it say the pool was closed when we booked. so when we got there it was closed. They need to make sure that is told on the website when it dead of summer. Front desk guy did not care about anything or anyone.

Air conditioner was not turned on in the room . Took almost 10 hours for it to cool down. Pool was not open and it's the middle of summer. Still had the cover on it.

No free breakfast as advertised. Employee burning incense in the same area breakfast is served. Jacuzzi in the room, when I first turned on, had paper type trash in the jets shoot out. I had to drain the jacuzzi, rinse away debris, and refill. Towels are kid sized. Pillows on bed are the size of throw pillows.

Motel on the older side. Decor a little dated. That was balanced out by the cleanliness. Very clean. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed. Thanks. This is a good investment for you I think. You need a little update here and there in the rooms. I'd start with tubs, carpet and the base boards. I travel a lot. Start there. Also, the ceiling has some architectural intrest. Have a local school art teacher or one of their high school kids look at it and give you some ideas. They have great starting ideas. Pay them $50 for the idea. Change it up if need be to meet your approval, then paint it yourself. You'll get a "Soon-to-Be" designer idea but at a fraction of the cost. Big improvement will be your parking lot. Truck damage is really apparent. Also, the pool tucked back from the road is charming. That's your best feature. Sell it in your media. A summer shot with flowering hanging baskets. Then you need a sight break (trees or shrubs betwwen your parking and the vacant field. Lighting - for me, too bright. Lights were clean and working fine. The bright lighting though makes the room look harsh and cold. Softer light would warm the room and make it more comfortable. Nice place and people. I would stay again. Kam Malone

The air conditioner in room 121 was excessively loud and the TV remote or box did not work in room 123. Also, the hotel is under construction so there is obvious signs of construction in the corners and the office is closed.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The Check in - due to renovations, they were not offering the breakfast and pool was closed (No discount offered by hotel for the inconvenience) Booking.com had emailed me before heading to my destination that Super8 would not charge me an additional charge for a pet, but when I checked in, i was told there was a $50 fee. After showing the Booking.com email regarding no charge for pets, they dropped the charge to $10.

The room was clean and freshly painted. The Bed was very comfortable.

they are renovating so it was cluttered in the front check in but the room was great. BUT the woman at the front desk is very rude. I called early morning and asked a man who answered the earliest we could check in. he check my name and the room and said we could come at 1pm instead of 2. git there at 1:30 and the woman said not until 3pm and didn’t even ask what room we were in. how do you know the room isn’t ready if you don’t check. after I told her he said 1pm she fijnally went and checked which room we had and checked me in. and then charged a 100$ deposit that isn’t mentioned anywhere by the way.

I love jacuzzi tubs. I make it a point to find all the stays with the big tubs!
