You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere was a small gap at the bottom of the door to my room, so I had to put a towel down to cover it up. Also, the heater/AC was a little outdated and made it hard to maintain a good temperature, but wasn't horrible at all.
I liked the location, as it was safe and the parking lot lights were bright. I also liked the friendly staff and the DirecTV in the room, which isn't in very many hotels! I also liked the variety of pillows to choose from.

United States of AmericaIt was not an issue for us as our luggage was pretty limited, but it may be important to some that there was no elevator. Also, the entrance to the parking in front of the hotel was not well marked. It's a bit of an older hotel, and you could tell it might need some work in places but I think the nightly price reflects that. It was pretty clean though.
We liked the fact that breakfast was ready even before 6 am (on a Monday) as we had a long day of driving ahead of us. It had a decent if not great selection with some nice scrambled eggs. No bagels, just white/brown sliced bread though.

Also- on our door frame, the steel plate was missing on the frame, so the door did not close tightly. It was locked, and we didn’t feel unsafe- but it would have been a problem in a bigger town.
