The water in the shower wasn’t getting hot and it was extremely slippery in the bathtub

The bed was too soft for me. Neither my husband or I slept good. There were not many choices for breakfast (only had cereal, oatmeal, or a oancake maker, which I didn't even see stuff set out to make your pancakes).

I liked the size of our (disability access) room. It was easy for my husband and myself to move around in. I loved how it was so close to everything. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

My only disappointment was the breakfast selection of pancakes and cereal only. The option for a bagel or toast would have been nice.

convenient location, comfortable bed, had every thing I needed. We stayed during a power outage at our house, we had to get multiple rooms and they were very accommodating and worked to get us in a room downstairs. Extending our stay was easy and they were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a smell almost like the carpets are in need of a good deep clean. The room itself had an old bedroom smell to it, but I got past it after being in the room for a while. I thought the shower was not working, but it actually does. I've dealt with many different styles of showers, and this one took me a couple of minutes to figure out. If I remember correctly, you have to turn the round nob counterclockwise and then the long nob to your desired temperature.

The restaurants and stores were all in close proximity to the hotel. Walmart is in walking distance for sure. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. The rooms' air-conditioning worked very well throughout the stay. There's sufficient lighting in both the room and restroom.

The sink faucet was loose and the wall above shower was peeling off. The bathroom was cleanish, but could use a deep cleaning. The “breakfast” was packaged granola bars and oatmeal. To call it breakfast is false advertising. Either have breakfast or don’t; but don’t call that crap breakfast. Also this is in a dry county so the only alcohol sales within an hour round trip is a restaurant.

The only thing I didn't like was: Upon an earlier check out than expected, there was a girl hanging out at the front desk with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth, talking to the staff. It was very untasteful at the entrance to such a beautiful hotel. It seemed as if she lived there with her boyfriend and dog outside. I specifically asked upon arrival if there were tenants in the hotel. I was assured there was not....but, there were signs.

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and informative. The location was perfect! Walmart, Goodwill, and Mexican all within walking distance. The flowers at the entrance were just beautiful and really made a huge impact on the appearance. This is the only Super 8 I will stay at again. It was quiet and the rooms were so spacious and clean! The bathroom was nicely decorated and the large sink was great.
