The hall ways and entrance were dingy and dirty - the counter in the office area was too high

Lots of activity around the hotel (especially at night). Could be cleaner and the beds were VERY squeaky. Also our keys barely worked on the doors.

Staff was friendly and it's was very affordable. Plus they offered a decent continental breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom wasn’t very clean, there was body hair in the floor and the bathtub had brown streaks running from the whirlpool jets.

The room I was in the floor planks had turned up corners, no channel guide. The bed was not center of the room. The show drained slow. No extra pillows were able to be found. The bed was very high of the floor.

I'm sorry to say but the mattress squeeked with every move. Every time I'd turn over, I'd wake up my Sister-in-law.

What I was impressed with was the wash towel for washing off makeup. I hated using a beautiful white towel to wash my face because I knew how hard it is to get the towel white again. Having a brown towel was a great idea.

The hotel is older and definitely needs an upgrade -the room smelled very musky, the beds were extremely hard & creaky and the bathroom sink had no hot water, you had to use the tub faucet. There is no elevator, and the only king beds available on the third floor. We are both semi-disabled and not able to go up multiple stairs, so we were given a double room. The room phone rang at 10:21 p.m. 2:08 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. the next morning-waking us up each time. I asked at check out if people were allowed to call the rooms directly and they said no, that they had to be transferred from the front desk. I think part of it might have been bad phone lines or something because at 8:50 a.m. when we answered the phone, it was complete static and when I hung up, it immediately rang again...it did that three times before it finally disconnected. We definitely will not be staying there again, (no fault of the staff they were awesome) but like I said the hotel definitely needs an upgrade.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite nice.

No elevators. Pools hours were Noon to 8. Fire alarm right outside our door got pulled or it was faulty but it was 2-2:30am and it woke up our toddler

We had a little dog with us. Due to the location their was very limited grass for her to use and we couldn't go very far on a walk. There were other tenants that had bigger dogs and they didn't clean up after it. That made the grass area even smaller....

It is a good location, close to many different places. There is a steak house next door and you get a 10% discount. There is a free breakfast but it's basically waffles, cereal and porridge.

It was extremely loud. Our hallway was full of loud dogs, loud people, people walking in and out slamming doors, conversing in the halls and in the rooms really loudly. People were in and out of the rooms the whole night all night long and early hours in the morning. The entire hallway smells like smoke even though it's supposed to be non-smoking. There were people smoking right outside the doors and not away from the entrance doors. Looks like there was a lot of live ins there. We did not sleep well because it was so loud and the beds were small. We also did not feel safe and did not feel that our vehicle was safe.

The price was good. It was right behind a truck gas station so that was good for them. However, I made it loud. Beds were semi-comfortable but only full size so not big enough. They were pet friendly and accepted our ESA waivers. They had a few breakfast options, cereal and waffles, not continental. Would have liked more options and more seating. However, it was better than nothing.

Room smelled, saw hairs on bathroom floors, spots of something on tv stand, fridge all scratched and has peeled paint. Smelled like smoke.

The staff were very friendly. Especially at check in. Was a great life saver in a bad situation of traffic and bad weather. The front desk clerk was super nice when we checked in.

The residents (yes you seen that correctly) would ask you to buy stuff like new wallets and to buy a cigarette from you. The outside door was right by our room and it slammed hard at all hours of the night.

The size of the king suite with spa tub was very spacious and the tub was amazing.

An elevator and luggage carts would have been easier. The breakfast options were very skimpy. 2 juice, 2 cold cereal, 2 toast, 2 cereal bars, instant oatmeal, cold yogurt and unripe bananas one morning and tangelos the next, ran out of coffee.
