The staff were very nice, friendly and approachable. Appeared to be undergoing a remodel during our stay, but that did not interfere with anything. The room was updated, clean, and a good size.

There was a roach crawling in the night stand when we first checked in… My husband & I was too tired to call front desk to notify them.

It wasn't the cleanest as I found a french fry on the air conditioner that wasn't mine. The facilities were quite outdated but useable. There was a coffee maker in the room but no cups for it.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The "get and go" breakfast was simple but ok. The bed was a little too soft for me but ok. The bathroom could have been better but usable.

Hallway railing were dirty , dents on wall .I felt like I was at a bronx building .perhalps nightly cleaning would be appreciated! , stairs to go up need vacuuming!! Made me think that the rooms were going to be a disaster aswell!. More floor mats for bathroom. The bathroom door is in the way, maybe accordion door would be best. Under bed had many little bottles of lotions and chapsticks etc. Also no hand soap!

Breakfast waffles were awesome!, The Frigerator & iron board in room was appreciated! Bathroom were super clean, A+ for that! Kids enjoyed the pool & staff were very nice!

Room was in need of refurbishment. The room door had dirt/streaks all over it. Lamp shades were crooked and everything seemed old and tired. Even though it cost quite a bit less than others in town, we probably would pay more next time and stay somewhere more modern and updated.

Friendly, welcoming staff at front desk. Convenient location and reasonable rate. Appreciated the ice machine.

A little overpriced

At first, the bathtub did not have hot water. We told the front desk and they immediately began to test and research the issue. It took a little bit, but they found the problem and fixed it, so we were able to take a hot shower. They were very nice and helpful. Also, the property is in a great location. The breakfast was pretty decent. The pictures were true to the actual room.

Mattress is too soft and might not comfortable for ones with backache. Bathroom is needed renovation.

It wasn't like it was portrayed to be on the website despite the good reviews. It wasn't as clean as it should have been. One of the bathrooms leaked as well.

Definitely going to need new room doors with that renovation. Bathroom was newly done and nice but rest of the room not quite finished. Carpets need to be replaced.
