No pool available. Breakfast so so. One ice machine down by lobby. We were on 2nd floor opposite end. Long walk. Rooms very dated.

No elevator for second or, addtl floors… had to carry luggage by hand- no carts. The hall smelled of sour milk, but room did not. The bathroom floor could’ve been cleaner, the corners were missed. Sink had burn mark from curling iron or something long. The top of appliances and stands were dusty. Pool out of order and lobby women’s restroom out of order.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Had the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Only used fridge. Had breakfast bar with waffle machine and cereal, yogurt, fruit, breads, oatmeal packets, and coffee/juice.

We woke up with bites on us, we did tell the front desk and they automatically asked if it was bed bugs. We said we don't know but said after waking up and noticing bites , we looked under the mattress and sheets, and noticed duct tape around the edges. Other than getting bites on us, it was a nice location. Kids enjoyed the pool Breakfast could be a little better Rooms big enough for 3 small kids and one or 2 adults There is a Bob Evans right behind ( walking distance) hotel.

One of my towels was dirty. The hand towel by the sink. I washed my face when I got in and when I went to grab the towel there was a huge dirty tooth paste mouth mark on it. There was someone's old food in the mini fridge and there were chunks of dirt all over the stairs in the hallway.

The staff was wonderful. The facility was decent. It could have been a little cleaner in the hallways and my room could have been a little cleaner. But it was cozy. Very comfy bed. The staff helped with everything I needed. If I hadn't been so tired I would have swam. The view was great as it sits on the side of a hill overlooking the city of coshocton. Plenty of parking and a few amenities.

Our room keys didn't work most of the time we had to get a new one, the lady chuckled at the front desk because we were wet from the pool and couldn't get in our room because of the key. The room we stayed in smelled like cat pee and orange spray. We just had to use our body spray to fix the horrid smell IN our room, not in the hotel.

I liked how it was right by Roscoe village and you could walk from the hotel to the festival! I liked how long the tub was and the beds were comfy. It was also clean

See above(Limited menu) Coffee You need to offer scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. Room is drab with insufficient lighting. Tv too low to be viewed on bed. Quality of bed was lacking in that it was too firm. Entire room features need updated.Equipment room should be provided.

Breakfast should have been described as Continental however there were no bagels. Only a few pieces of white toast, no yogurt or fruit. Coffee quality was unacceptable. I liked the waffle

Air conditioning unit was very loud and would not shut off... even when 'off' was selected the fan still ran. Location seems to need some general maintenance.

An old sign saying no pets was still up, but it was all good, you were very accommodating. The back door key gave us some issues. but pool area could use some sprucing up/touchups. The areas in the ceiling corners &on the pool deck near the cemented touch up is a concern. The cpr sign was from the 80s could use updated, but glad you have 1 up.

Breakfast is always nice. 😋 we were so close to the wedding venue (gardens). We could have walked but the front desk guy was new &didn't realize how close we were. Less than a mile. We brought our dogs, very accommodating! The field out side was nice to run around in. The pool was nice, &a great temperature & good chemical levels. I was impressed there was a cpr sign up &a backboard. With no lifeguard on duty, I'm always looking at that stuff as a lifeguard instructor.

I have stayed at this hotel every time Im visiting my kids and grand kids, in the past as far back as 10 yrs ago, which was the first time I stayed there was , its been darn close to immaculate. Was always clean, clean! Until this last time, and I mean it might be my last time. As soon as we, my fiance opened the door, he pointed out the used washcloth on the sink, there was water spray on the mirror also and the sink was not wiped out. I didn't take a shower because there was dry soap bubbles in it. So, being a prior housekeeper at Salt Fork Lodge, in Cambridge, OH, many years ago, I learned the trick to see if my bed linens were changed, I do not think they were, the hospital fold was loose and the sheet was very wrinkled, like it was used, then someone hurried and tried to redo the hospital corner. The angle fold wasn't tight or smooth. Im sad about this because you have always with no hesitation been my hotel of choice in Coshocton, Ohio. If I don't comment, then I am pleased, obviously I am not pleased. I am a believer of giving second chances, people make mistakes, that I understand. But with the he** we all have went through because of COVID, you would think they would have a supervisor double checking the rooms. Oh and one more thing, when we were walking to our car, my fiancé pointed out the not closed bag of pancake mix sitting in the laundry room on what looked like a deep freeze or dryer maybe, beside folded towels, and the container the mix goes in, was also drying on a towel right beside that, not a sight people want to see. Especially if they work or worked in food establishments.

Its always quiet. I never hear doors being slammed, even in the busyness of the mornings. The bed is super comfortable. The continental breakfast is good.
