We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The driver that picked us up at airport didn’t know the exact location of the hotels (it was a shuttle for multiple hotels) and didn’t stop even when I pointed out the Super 8. The morning shuttle driver did not drop us off at our specific terminals - instead dropped us at one spot and told us to take the airport trains to get to our terminal. Bad service in other words.

He said we have to come back in an hour and a half and it was already 630 it was supposed to be from 6 to 9.

United KingdomOur biggest problem was no easy means of communicating with the hotel on arrival at the airport so as to meet the shuttle. Our UK phones did not work, there were no public phones and although requested the hotel had not given us any email or WhatsApp contact details. Fortunately we found an airport customer services person who helped us. The room itself was somewhat decrepit with a hole in the chair, threadbare carpet and multiple chips and dents everywhere. Breakfast turned out to be just coffee, juice and granola bars. Acceptable for one night's stay but not what we had expected.
Friendly lady on reception desk. Plumbing worked fine.
