The airport shuttle was bad. The driver that picked us up at airport didn’t know the exact location of the hotels (it was a shuttle for multiple hotels) and didn’t stop even when I pointed out the Super 8. The morning shuttle driver did not drop us off at our specific terminals - instead dropped us at one spot and told us to take the airport trains to get to our terminal. Bad service in other words.

The hotel is not updated, and there is no breakfast. I would not go to that hotel again.

Sent two emails asking where we could catch the free shuttle from the airport with no answers. We had to pay for a cab ride. Went down for breakfast and was told they don’t do breakfast. It was clearly marked on my booking that breakfast was included.

They advertise that you will get breakfast in the morning when everybody woke up to go to the airport or go on their journey or travel there was no coffee no breakfast Front Desk was just sitting there everybody’s waiting for coffee. He said we have to come back in an hour and a half and it was already 630 it was supposed to be from 6 to 9.

The room could have been cleaner, furniture a bit dingy, paid extra foe the 'breakfast' but only found coffee and granola bars. The floor in the bathroom was ready to give out. It would sink a 1/2" when you stepped near the middle.

Room had a very musty smell. Bathroom was poorly payed out and felt dirty. There was no shower curtain on the shower. Bed felt wet from the humidity.

I liked that there was a shuttle. It was not reliable in the slightest but it was free.

It was very dirty. I’m a cleaner and I could notice all the dirt and grime. Bed was harder then rock. I cancelled my stay on the way home and booked another hotel.

Our biggest problem was no easy means of communicating with the hotel on arrival at the airport so as to meet the shuttle. Our UK phones did not work, there were no public phones and although requested the hotel had not given us any email or WhatsApp contact details. Fortunately we found an airport customer services person who helped us. The room itself was somewhat decrepit with a hole in the chair, threadbare carpet and multiple chips and dents everywhere. Breakfast turned out to be just coffee, juice and granola bars. Acceptable for one night's stay but not what we had expected.

Friendly lady on reception desk. Plumbing worked fine.
