The shower pressure was terrible, everything else was good. I asked for extra towels and they was waiting for us in the hitel

Breakfast for one. Small selection of oatmeal, granola bars, minimal fruit, small muffins, juice and coffee. All prepackaged. Easily the worst selection I've seen. Covid is not nearly the factor it has been in the past, up the offerings... large section of peeling wall covering in the hallway. Electrical outlets dubious - when you have to use a outlet strip to connect all the major appliances and it's hanging on the wall, not good.

Location was good for the reasons we needed to visit the area. Front desk personnel were friendly. They were accommodating to our small dog. Our room was clean.

Breakfast was non-existent. Only 2 muffins on Saturday morning and non on Sunday. We came down for breakfast at 8:45 and breakfast was to be served until 9am. The sink in our room drained very slowly.

Jess was helpful but not much she could do.

Site listing said that there was a pool. There was not a pool, only a whirlpool. Not good for my girls to have a pool party. "Breakfast" was pathetic. It was more of a light snack. Housekeeping did not knock, and just barged into our room while we were getting ready in the morning.

Woman at the front desk when we checked in was really helpful and friendly.

the continental breakfast consisted of Muffins and fruit bars. Expected a little more. Maybe toast and jam or bagels. Something other than breakfast snacks.

The bedding was itchy and there was alot of dust on fixtures. The "light" continental was very sparse and even less the second day . Staff was congragating in the breakfast area and letting their dogs wander. Cleaning staff tried accessing room before checkout and without knocking.

Site was chosen due to lowest piece in the area.

hotel was very dirty and under staffed. side door was duct taped open. cleaning staff only showed up 2 of the 4 days. had to ask for clean towels and set dirty towels n garbage outside of our door n wasn’t picked up for 2days. water in shower was slow to drain. hallways n stairs looked like it’s been ages since they been cleaned. breakfast one day was two hours late as no staff present. said was family emergency or something. best thing about the stay was only about 10 people stayed there and was peaceful.

Two lights without bulbs and when we got two bulbs found the lamps broken and unable to stay on. Worst was the "free breakfast". This was our 4th hotel on our week long trip and I have never had such a poor breakfast. There was no cereal or milk for coffee (just powdered creamer). Only food was 2 "honeybuns" the first day and only one of them the second day plus a few chewy granola bars. No fruit or anything else. We thought it was a good price including breakfast but will not stay here again. Too bad as the room was comfortable.

Beds very comfortable and fridge/freezer worked well as did temperature control.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. It was very dated but that didn't matter to us. I would recommend but I would suggest an upstairs room.

I did not like the squeaky 2nd floor. All we heard from 9pm to 12 pm was someone running back and forth. Squeaking and stomping made it miserable. It started back up at 7am with a bed squeaking like some couple was getting it on. Finally stopped at around 9.

Lighting. Couldn't read. Very hard to apply makeup. Room felt cold, even with the temp turned up. Not enough blankets Not nearly enough outlets. Toilet seat very wobbly. Refrigerator froze our soda. Window seals popped and couldn't see out very well. NOISY People walking around upstairs were stomping. Heard toilets flushing all night long.

There was not much of a continental breakfast, we had to go out to a restaurant and spend money that we should not have had to spend. Pool/hot tub was closed you could limit the number of people and the time.
