Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

When I chkd in room not done but upgraded to diff room. Plugged sink asked to fix but didn't also asked for clean sheets/towels didn't do that either. Toilet paper placement was kinda hidden so I took it off for either access. If the request were met I'd would have given better rating.

The staff was kind of unprofessional. I'm all for being yourself at work, but one of the staff was talking loudly on the phone, clearly having an argument with someone. It just felt like a weird thing to be able to overhear first thing in the morning. The tub drain was clogged and I didn't realize there was standing water in the tub until the next morning when I needed to shower. The hotel was outdated and wasn't super clean.
The bed was comfortable.

I think the drinking cups in my room had been used and probably gotten overlooked.
The convenience to medical facilities. The staff were courteous and helpful. The excessively long shower was worth every penny. Great water pressure, endless hot water, and ice cubes real close to insure a nice bedtime cocktail!

My room smelled like stale cigarettes and the hallway was always musky and smelled like strong foul smelling incense and during our stay there was an altercation involving a gun that was going on 2 doors down from us resulting in officers being called to the property (drama) not a very comfortable safe feeling or home away from home type feeling here.
It was close to stores and food and it was close to my family I was in town visiting

Had to move rooms because of non working A/C. Also keys kept not working and had to be reprogrammed.

The towels should have been filled. I should not need to do something special to the door handle to unlock the door.
The bed was comfy. Only one towel and it looked dirty, no washcloth or hand towel in the room. I could not enter the room and had to go to the front desk again. The staff went with me back to the room and showed me the 'special' way I needed to use the door handle to get it to unlock.

The hotel is very old and dated. Even though we didn't use the pool and facilities, we would see them as we went up the stairs to our room. We would not have used the pool even if it were operational in its condition and lack of cleanliness. The bathroom in our room was also very outdated and cleanliness was questionable.
Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff was the best part of my stay. The beds were very comfortable.

The pool was closed, no Hot tub, Coffee machine broke, ran out of pancakes. Just little annoyances like that.

The pool and spa was not working. Not a lot of breakfast options. The elevator was tricky need a lobby sign next to the 1 R button.

Small beds, bath, rooms, out of coffee one day, out of cream the next, room was near the front entry where everyone hung outside and talked, hear people above you walking around, AC window was loud.

Rooms need some freshening up as far as paint and pictures, etc.
