You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Just had noisy people in the second floor hallway for a few hours. Been nice if they had been redirected elsewhere.

Only one super small pillow as it was 2 per bed. Stated 3 occupants and was only provided 2 towels.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were small but clean.

Breakfast was only granola bars , I get it Covid but they had facilities for a much nicer breakfast !!

I turned on the heat to low & after less than a minute, the smoke alarm went off! I turned the knob off & waved my coat and it stopped. My husband tried and got it to work but then couldn’t turn it down. We were charged for the safe which we didn’t use!
We didn’t eat there. It as just a granola bar, yogurt, & coffee. It was hard to get to.

They over booked the hotel. Is should have been closed down cause of all the construction going on in both places. The hotel 8 staff was rude gave use the wrong address to the second hotel. The second hotel was a days in, it had construction starting at 8am bang and men yelling and the sound of power tools.

First and second floor smelled strongly of pot. Gentlemen at check in stated hotel was under construction, which wasn’t noted in the website. Hallways and rooms were dirty. Paint chipping on doors and walls. Moldy shower curtain. Holes in bedding on both beds. Bloody looking stains in wall. Bed tipped when you sat on edge of it. Toilet continuously ran after flushing, we needed to lift the lid to fix it every time. Broken wobbly floor tiles in bathroom.

The building is disgustingly dirty. Smells of smoke throughout. Breakfast was a yogurt, stale granola bars and the creamer was bad so I'm not sure about the coffee. Our room was awful. The chairs were so dirty you had to sit on the bed. The window had no screen and the locks didn't work. Ice machine not working. Price was low, but not a great place to stay

The booking said with breakfast included. Grab and go apples and granola bars are not breakfast. I booked 2 rooms (1 king, 1 queen with 2 beds) I got 2 queen with 2 beds. The walls are paper thin. They are in the middle of a massive renovation (which I was not warned about). Also when we checked out there was a very strong marijuana smell in the hallway it seemed like in the construction area. What a disaster

When we arrived the hallway was flooded. sounded like we were walking thru puddles as we walked. Which ended up smelling in the hallway by the time we left. Room wasn’t clean like expected. Had to ask for trash bags and new towels. Never asked if we needed rooms cleaned and bedding changed. Front desk people wasn’t sure what they were doing. Was charged $100 because my ID had my old address in Morgantown and said bc I didn’t live “locally” I had to pay that. Last night there people were loud all night long across the hall. They then broke the mirror off the bathroom door. You could hear everything happening. So glad we were able to leave when we did because it was a very sketchy place!

Rooms under renovation on main floor, so most unappealing & carpets on upper floor dirty. Room is dated & needs deep cleaning/updating. No iron provided or coffee machine in room.
Location was convenient from highway but noisy. Breakfast was only a snack, yogurt, apples, juice & coffee/tea. Not satisfactory.
