Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Floor was wet when arrived, wasn’t clean, sheets were pretty dirty & the bed was uncomfortable & blankets were not thick enough.
Location was convenient, very close to the beach.

The refrigerator didn’t work because we had some food. We asked to be move to different room but it was a no. So we checked out next morning.

I believe this is the room that we booked and it said that it had breakfast and everything else it did not and it just wasn't very inviting or Pleasant that's you know we're still check it when we book our trip but you know right now like I said it's just because they were cheaper so it was last minute and that's why we booked it there and I known that I didn't do everything it says I would have never booked it I mean also it said because with when Haven that's somebody we always rent from so I trusted that it was going to be good but you know like I said I was looking for a better rates for you know staying a longer term but I didn't work out that way but it's all right living you learn

The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall when we first got there. I told the girl at the front desk and almost immediately they came and fixed it. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and a decent room for a great price!

Ac didn't work very well, half of the lights in the room didn't work, mattress was horrible and front desk staff seemed put out that they had to check us in.

This made our 3es trip there and the room was clean except the floor was dirty. We went and got some house shoes to wear so we didn't touch the floor .the toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down. The room was 119 .I even told them next month when we come back I don't want that room. Would love to try there Jakasie room ..also would like something different to eat beside honey buns .I'm not a coffee drinker aonw hot chocolate or orange juice would of been nice .
The staff was great. Hands down to them .they where helpful and easy to talk too .

The bed wasn’t comfy enough and also the shower was ridiculous. When you take a shower the water doesn’t go down it stays in there with you and I HATE that. Overall, I was happy to be on vacation.
It was easy to locate and close to lots of places.

The room is outdated , rust on the lamps , carpet was a bit dirty & ceiling had water damage. Booked queen beds but they were definitely full. Sheets did have stains so if you are anything like me , examine first before touching them. Bathroom was ok. Tub was a little dirty but once again , decent for a short term stay. Price could've been cheaper honestly.
Very convenient location , everything is close by. Good for a short term stay but definitely not long term. I stayed 2 nights & overall it was an ok stay.

They had no jacuzzi tub like advertised, breakfast was only coffee and honeybun or grain bar and wasn't available until after 8 am, and the price was higher than booking.com said.

Bed was ok, but the side of the mattress was a bit odd and not soft. I don't like carpet in the room. It looked clean but it's nearly impossible to get dust and dirt out of it.
Room was clean but I don't really like carpet in the room. Reception was great. I actually booked a smoker room by mistake. I checked out the room, didn't like it and the receptionist immediately got me a non-smoking room.

A coffee maker is listed as an amenity but there wasn’t any! Isn’t that standard now a days?? Ok place to stay short term! Nothing special!
