Wouldn't even entertain the question of early check-in by an hour. The morning breakfast was very basic with items not being replenished, and told it is not available anymore even at around 8 AM.

The overall stay was good as we were in town just a couple of nights for UF graduation, and the price we paid was very reasonable when I booked more than 6 months back.

Rooms have been totally refurbished. Beds are very comfy. We had tv, microwave and small freezer. Bathroom looks brand new. Everything was in perfect conditions. It’s a smoke free hotel so it doesn’t stink at all.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower.. you couldn’t turn on the shower to let it warm up first to get warm. You had to stand in front of it and get blasted with cold water. The doors were fixed where you couldn’t open the one end to reach the knobs . You had to go in the shower to turn water on.

Upon awakening, realized there was head and body hair on sheets between top and bottom sheets that obviously were not mine. The sheets were NOT changed when the room was cleaned!

Decent room and facilities

Shabby. There were small stains looking like blood on the sheets on the bed I didn’t sleep in (for obvious reasons). My door didn’t lock behind me and maintenance had to fix it, but it was a day before I discovered it was broken as I assumed it was working.

Location and convenience was important. Also affordable for the time I was there.

No iron in room👎🏽 . Definitely need to invest in irons in the rooms.AC to close to the bed making it uncomfortable to sleep when air was on! TV cable didn’t work. A rep came up and fixed the tv. The box that wasn’t working was hanging halfway out of the wall. He got another remote to make the tv work, took the cable box completely out of the wall. Left it on the floor ! Should have taken it if it didn’t work🙄. I went downstairs to ask the lobby clerk a ?(same guy that fixed the tv) about my charges & he replied “I don’t know anything about your bank account. My question was about a pre authorization charge. He didn’t even bother to listen to what I was saying🙄. Not very personable to be working in the front lobby dealing with different personalities ! The young girl that was working the lobby , I guess when he’s off was very pleasant, happy and explained my charges with no problem! KUDOS to her!!

Check out person was horrible. She at first refused to provide me with a copy of my folio on check out and was not a nice person. After additional request for this she printed me a sheet with all zeros on it. I had explained to her I needed the receipt for the room charge which she was refusing to provide. Made me very suspicious. She had someone else sitting at the desk with her - hopefully she was not the person training a new person.

Check in staff was great! Room was nice for the price.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean upon arrival (mainly the toilet and shower).

The location was good and felt safe. The room was decent and comfortable.

The bathroom was gross! There was hair on the shower floor so, we didn't shower that night. There was hair on the towels hanging on the rack and water and toothpaste spots on the mirror. There also seemed to be something that looked like dried mucus on the wall by the bed. Not a lovely thing to wake up facing in the daylight. 🤢

It wasn't $800+ like other hotels for that weekend. Convenience of location.

There was one housekeeper that was a little rude I did let the desk know

It was great they didn't get annoyed with my grandkids getting in the way. Food was very good.
