there was not much we didnot like. I think the standards were very accommodating . if I would have to comment on a did not like i think it would have been, outside the hotel in the evening hour there were 2 young girls high school age hanging out , weather they were with parents staying at the hotel or just hanging around the hotel . this was in the evening hour . the one girl started - cat calling and I turned around and told her to grow up. she stopped , but it was rude of her to display this behavior. our hotel has outside cameras and we would not tolerate people hanging out bothering our patrons.

staff was very nice . we stay at this hotel every year we come back to Gettysburg on vacation. they are always pleasant some new faces some i remember from last year. they are always accommodating and pleasant. we pick this hotel because of the clean rooms, pool and jacuzzi. mu husband has been a director for many years for a hotel where we live so he's more picky about things in a hotel and standards. I'm just happy to go on vacation . but never the less this Hotel is what we consider a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ . giving it a 5 star would mean its perfect and no hotel is perfect . not even the high end hotels. So Thank you for our stay it was as nice as it could be for us staying with you for the week.

The room furnishings are very basic. Two stiff chairs, but for our purposes it’s fine. We are not in the room that much!

The coffee and hot water machine didn't work very well. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Basically all carbohydrates not diabetes friendly.

The only downside was the water temperature. The sink was almost always hot water, no cold water. While using the shower, the water was either scalding hot or ice cold and changed during the time used, without anyone touching the faucet. Not something to ruin the stay, just a little inconvenient.

The staff and environment of the place was amazing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The room was comfortable and clean.

The place was adequate, but nothing more. If you need a cheap place to stay while in the area then this is a good option. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room then it’s probably worth the price to stay elsewhere, but if you’re just here to bathe and sleep then this is sufficient.

Only 6 chairs in the pool area. Our room description said "coffee maker" but there wasn't one in our room. Bagels were stale. Very little real butter - mostly margarine. Yogurt had artificial sweetener, no other choice.

Excellent hotel for the price. The beds are very comfy and I am picky. Some healthier choices in the breakfast options would be nice, coffee is excellent though. Location was great. Front desk man very helpful. I recommend it.

Breakfast, which consisted of waffles, small bagels, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt & fruit. Coffee & orange juice of course. That list is not satisfying.

Check-in & check-out were fast. Front desk staff very friendly & professional. Room was clean & comfortable. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Bed had some firmness to it which I prefer. Coffee was good.
