I’m not sure where to start…we booked a room for 8 guests (inputted 8 in the Booking reservation which was allowed, given the room had 3 double beds and a sofa bed). We also booked a room with hardwood floors, decent lighting, decoration and bedding, according to the pictures. When we checked into the room, the room was NOTHING like the description: there was a table with no chairs, no sofa bed, bedding and flooring from the 1980s, dirty walls, dirty windows, etc. I brought my complaint to the front desk and his reply was “the room we booked was taken..” and “it’s Booking’s fault”. We asked for a solution for a room that did not sleep 8, in addition to be given a room we did not book (as advertised). We were initially told there were no more hotel rooms available and no supplemental beds available. We checked online and rooms were available. Given that the staff member was caught in a lie, he was forced to give us an additional room. We stayed out of obligation, as no other hotels were available in the area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to its deterioration and overall lack of cleanliness.

Location was decent. Coffee was good. The bed was comfortable and apparently clean.

Was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled like it'd been smoked in for years. Beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab.

On site said 3 queen bedroom suite, it was a very large room with 3 full size beds. There was a table in room but no chairs. Games were out.

Great value, staff was super friendly, pet friendly, easy access. The facility was super clean.

This is an old, grubby looking building in serious disrepair. I was actually uncomfortable to sleep in the bed. Bathroom was clean but nasty looking and I chose to not shower there. Check out lady was not friendly at all.

The floors in my room were gross, the smoke detector was from when it was a smoking room, and it was bright yellow. There was a Jacuzzi tub that did not work.

outdated really poor quality for the price . also my little girl got sick and threw up while we where there. my husband went down to get more towels to help get the vomit up. they made made him bring all the towels down before allowing him to get more . Meanwhile vomit was everywhere.

The breakfast was not a hot meal. For the price, a hot meal should be applicable. Parking was plentiful. The suite was really just a big room with 3 beds and a fridge and tv. No separation between beds.

was very dirty. very dirty. multiple burn holes in my bedding. had to air out the room before settling due to smell. was definitely not worth the price. had to clean sticky mess from tables and counter before bringing my bags in. was too much work and too much money. was not leisurely at all.
