The adjacent room was undergoing renovations which resulted in a lot of noise in the morning.

The receptionist, Trisha, was excellent and very friendly and helpful. The room was large and very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The location was good with a Dennys restaurant next to the property for convenient eating.

There was lots of noise in the morning due to workers using power tools doing renovations in the room next door. Once that work is completed, there should be no problem with noise. The continental breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were dry the first day. They were good the next day. Some donuts/pastries would have been nice.

The only thing I didn't like was a couple buttons didn't work on the spa bath & there was no lights working on the green heart shaped spa bath as it claimed. Other than that everything was great!

We got the King Suite with Spa Bath & I loved how comfy the bed was. The 65 inch tv was awesome as well! The Spa Bath was great! The multiple jets were very relaxing & the location is right on the strip so restaurants/ gas station was all really close. The staff was really polite. The hot bar breakfast was delicious. Sausage, eggs, buiscuits & gravy plus more!!!

Very basic accommodations. Did not have Kleenex supplied which is very basic per other accommodations. Very noisy with the highway, with numerous semis traveling past during the stay.

Lack of list of channels printed in a 'Welcome to our Boutique Hotel' that also includes instructions for each of the possible various TVs and remotes in each room. Plus, a variety of places to eat within 25 miles of facilities, that includes cheaper to 'fancy.' Also, entertainment in the area, movie theaters, historic sites, amusement, a shopping centers.

Hot tub could of been better. Cold water while using the jets and the tub needed some attention but it was OK for the night.

Simple place nothing fancy. Bed was comfy. Easy location to find.

The room could use a good painting. Paint missing in places makes it look dirtier than it is. Half of the jets for the hot tub didn't work. If you pay extra for the hot tub I feel they should make sure it's all in good working order. Wasn't a huge fan of the bed and pillows, but I know some people like the fluffy pillows and super soft beds. I prefer a firm bed and more flat pillows, not something I will consider a huge deal tho.

Location was great. Stag was very friendly. Hot tub was nice since the bottom jets still worked.

it was on the opposite side of the street than what GPS said. The sign was not very well lit so it was difficult to find. I have a disability that makes it hard to climb stairs. The only “heart shaped” spas were only on the second floor. I didn’t really care if the spa was heart shaped. I also didn’t realize that it was a smoking room and the room smelled like smoke and I had an allergic reaction to it.

We had a huge water leak with damaged room and items we had. They wanted nothing to do with helping us because we booked through here and said we “threatened” them because we asked for replacement items. We have video of the conversation. They were rude and hostile to us.

didn’t get the room i was under the impression i had reserved. and was told that i couldn’t get into it because it would have costed more. didn’t receive a refund of my deposit either.

Breakfast hours 5 - 8 AM! Not customer focused timing. But breakfast was a joke anyway. They made minimal effort to meet what other franchises do very well - and did not succeed. I had to spit out the old dried out scrambled eggs. Sausage patties cold. Sliced white bread. No English muffins. No bagels. Everything offered was a poor version. Also, was told I ordered a smoking room. I didn't recall or want that when reserving on my phone. But couldn't guarantee I made that mistake. So they kept me in it. Opened the room door - hit in the face with strong smoke smell. Immediately asked to change rooms without doing anything. in the room. They had rooms to change us to. But only if we paid another $20. Later review of booking revealed the room was never identified as a smoking room. They are a rip off.

The room stunk so bad, and we had to febreeze everything we brought with us before going anywhere. We also had to leave a day early due to work , but the manager never called my husband back to discuss refund options.

It was really easy to get to. I didn’t know there suites were smoking rooms they had there awesome maintenance guy spray in there so we didn’t smell smoke at all! They were very friendly we will definitely be back!!
