Dirty bathrooms, small beds, breakfast ran out of food

Bathroom was dirty. Dust and grime on hair dryer, outlets, top of sink. Beds were double sized…too small for two people. AC stopped in the middle of the night. Ran out of breakfast early.

The staff was very friendly. The location was great. Eclipse prices were expensive, but cheaper than others in the area.

The facility is old and needs sprucing up. The carpet on the stairs was pretty dirty looking but I’m sure it was clean. So many little things wrong made it look shabby overall when it’s really not a horrible place to stay (trim was beat up, furniture didn’t match and was old, walls needed to be wiped down, etc.). There was also a horrible smell in the hall but not in the room. Weird. We came at shift change and the man leaving was updating the other and neither acknowledged me until that entire process was finished. The incoming staff member was very kind. The other was obviously done and wanted to leave.

Our room, entry and breakfast room were very clean. The daytime staff members were exceptionally nice and helpful. The beds were great and the pillows were comfortable. We slept very well! The bedding was updated. It was in a location that was easy to find and get to.

The tv didn’t work ! The front guy person was rude he thought that my DL and street address was invalid because I was visiting the area that the address is wrong but it was not the case . He then proceeded to allow me to have the room because he knew he upset me and allowed me to have the room

Breakfast was included in the price, but nothing more then just cereal and juice. not impressive. We landed up going across the street to Ihop.

The whole toilet paper holder came out of the wall, the hot water barely worked, the bed spread had burnholes in it, the whole building smelt awful

Stayed in room 101 2 days with no air conditioning, told front desk night shift she said maybe it was doing all it could since temp. outside was so hot.Told morning girl ,she said she would tell maintenance. He said she did not.Night shift moved us to another room with great air,but we were very uncomfortable for 2 days.

Cold, and unfriendly front desk clerk, let me stand there for several minutes while he finished up whatever he was working on. He then looked up and said, "checking in"? Then handed me the key card with nothing else said. Chain lock broken inside room, wobbly toilet seat, dripping sink and there were no trash liners in baskets. I mean, the hotel is in dire need of restoration but I could have dealt with an older hotel for one night, but definitely not the rude clerk.

The bed was comfortable, location was good and parking decent. The room was dark enough for late sleepers, amenities including a good size hotel refrigerator were good. Although check-in was bad, checkout was much more friendlier and professional. Management did call regarding my complaints and assured me she would address the issues of my stay.

The breakfast was not up to the mark. it felt more like "to go" breakfast.

The location was excellent! All the shops and supermarkets were in walking distance! Good stuff, and clean room.

The breakfast room was not super clean and there weren’t a ton of great breakfast options. The style was also not great in the rooms. And our refrigerator was not plugged in.

I liked how cheap it was and that it was fairly clean. The price was equal to the value of the room and the front desk girl was nice!

It is an older building with all the noise that comes with older buildings.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. It was close to shops and restaurants.

The smoke smell in the room. I thought I booked a non-smoking room but it was smoking. The lady at the desk was very nice to offer air freshener, but I'm sure that it wouldn't help with the smell. I had to clean out the tub because it was black stuff around the drain.
