You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms didn't have a microwave ...but other wise it was nice the pool was great for the grandkids and the little park.. My grandkids were happy cause they had some kids ro play and swim with..
Since we only stay one night we didn't eat breakfast...it only offer granola bar , coffee or tea

the mattresses were way to soft and the breakfast that was supposed to be included was not at all what was mentioned in the online booking description.
outdoor pool, fire pits, bbqs, play area, the night ambiance was great and the staff was very nice and tried there best even though we noticed the place was short staffed.

Breakfast was just a go bag with water, a small orange, juice box and a granola-type cookie. Was looking forward to breakfast
Did not like the breakfast as it was not really breakfast (see below). Staff was very nice and helpful. Place was clean. Slept well.

Having breakfast in the hotel. Just a thought.
Excellent location, just enough out of the city to avoid a lot of the crowds, especially on the weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and the rooms were very good.

When we got there our room smelled very strongly of weed. We told the front desk and they immediately put an ionizer in the room. The room was fine after that.

The manager , Vinny, was great. He made sure our room was on one level and notified me ahead of time. The amenities are very nice. It was clean and comfortable. We would return.

The breakfast was just a bag with a bottle of water, juice box and granola bar. The beds were not the most comfortable.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. I was able to check in right away, and the room and facilities were very clean.

The breakfast !
The location was excellent , the room very nice spacious and clean and when we asked for a different room than the one given not a problem , the staffs were very nice and helpful , very professional even so the lady at the desk had lost her dog that evening we were staying . however the breakfast is not a breakfast as mentioned on Booking .com , just a bag with an orange , a cereal bar and fruit drink ! so free breakfast should be removed from Booking .com .

When booked it shows "breakfast included" no breakfast was there. Maybe due to off season. Shouldn't be listed then. No microwave in room, although some rooms have 1. If we needed it badly I think they would have got us it from an empty room. Worked without out for the 2 nights.

There were crumbs under the bed that I stepped on The towel rack is in the shower. Didn’t want to shower with the towels in there.

Thought the nightly rate was high for a Super 8 for the winter. I stayed here summer and only paid $80 a night. This stay was $144 a night for both Saturday and Sunday. I understand Saturday is usually higher but Sunday is usually much cheaper.

Bed mattress need to be updated, they were VERY VERY soft. When you have 2 people that are different in weight it creates such an imbalance. Even for just one person that is a heavier adult.
GREAT LOCATION, Very short drive to the village. Right across the street is a Stewart’s Gas station and a Walgreens . liked the balcony view . front desk lady was very nice and polite . and young man In the evening was very helpful with housekeeping concerns.

There was no breakfast!! we specifically picked this hotel cause it said there was breakfast the lawn was not mowed so you couldnt go to firepit toilet was really tiny. bathroom tissue box hiding a hole in counter and was filthy AC units looked damaged although we did not need to use
The bed was comfortable and there was running water and the tv worked!
