You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt was dirty, my door wouldn’t shut all the way. There is a huge gab I put a towel in there. I did not want spiders and bugs coming in. I complained and nothing was done about it. The microwave door had rust on the inside door and it was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom. The sign in front of the motel says it is 25 less than I paid a night on booking.com and there weekly rates were 50 a night less than I paid. The tub was dirty.I would not ever stay there again. I won’t book another trip through booking.com either.
