Room was half below ground with a great view of the tires and front bumpers of the parked cars. The heating fan was loud and irregularly intermittent.

I could hear people coming in after the bars closed. It wasn't the hotel's fault.

Even though there was an issue at checkin. The guy did his best to correct the situation. It was during renovations and our room was very clean. The bottom level was more cold and the heater kept going on and off all night. I have noticed more that I need ear plugs in hotels and could hear a lot. I am a light sleeper and had to put ear plugs in due to the noise in the hallway. Friendly and clean. We would stay here again. The tubing hill is across the street. Next time we will have to go there. Leavdville people are super nice and welcoming.

The room I was in was pretty noisy: Noise in the hallways and noise from upstairs. There isn't a lot to the breakfast. I hoped for some granola or fruit. The parking lot was chaotic and walkways slippery but I'm not sure that a lot can be done about that during the winter.

The room was clean and comfortable, and what I expected from a budget hotel. I appreciate the in-room refrigerator and microwave. The heater works well; the room heated up quickly after I came back from my run soaking and cold. The location is perfect if you're coming to Leadville to use the trail system.

The breakfast room was very small but other guests chatted so it was breakfast with a friendly atmosphere.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. It was a nice change to have some books to read from the hotel library. There is plenty of parking and it was quiet.

My card was charged for the full amount a day before check in. That wasn't supposed to happen until I actually checked in. I used another card to check in, so I was charged twice. They said it was a pre-authorization and would take 3-5 days to get my money back. Don't advertise the card isn't charged until check in if that's not what happens. This has screwed up my bank account. NOT HAPPY. Everything would've been fine if this hotel hadn't done that.

The only protein at breakfast was milk and yogurt. Maybe add some boiled eggs. That would be easy.

The carpet on the stairs was torn, and seemed dirty. The room was very stark with no pictures on the walls. Check in was very slow. Security lock was broken on the door. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work.

The beds were comfortable and there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They also offered free breakfast.

Would have liked a little fresh fruit of any kind with the breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom towels very nice. Excellent price, especially including breakfast (delicious waffles!) . Would stay here again. I also liked the little reminder signs around the property reminding guests to be respectful of other guests (such as with ice machine, etc.)

It is a bit pricey (I know, it is somewhat a Swiss/Austrian style resort area) and practically no options for breakfast (coffee, juice and waffels only). Small room with 3 tiny tables for breakfast for an entite hotel.

Excellent location to the Rockies. Easy check in, responsive staff to late arrival requests.

The first morning of the included breakfast was good. The ladies there on duty were quick to be sure there was plenty of everything available. The second morning entirely different. The gentleman on duty on the 2nd morning apparently set up the breakfast and quickly went to sleep in the office. We were there for breakfast at 7:15 and there was little available to eat. When we checked out at 8:15 he was still asleep. We were at this location a year ago and the same thing occurred. It certainly won't keep us from going back there again but there were several upset guests.

The ice machine was broken for the entire one week stay and had apparently been out of order for awhile.

Housekeeping did a great job. We always returned to a clean and tidy room. Staff was friendly.

the way the manager spoke to me. It was short and like she was better then me the customer service

The assistant manager was very helpful and professional. however i found the manager to be a little rude. I have stayed here at least 6 times this year. I always liked it. after her attitude i will be staying else where
