You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI wasn't informed about the $100 deposit for all rooms & forms of payment no exceptions. They did accept cash but if you use Cash app or prepaid it can take up to 30 days to go back on your card (they have a sign taped to the counter to inform you of this.)
Cash and cash app/prepaid card accepted. Breakfast was great. The room was nicer than expected. The bed was very comfortable with soft and firm pillow choices. TV Channel list was better than most of the other hotels I've been to in Florida. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They're quick to assist and deliver requests. Walking distance to stores and popular restaurants. And plenty more within a mile of hotel. Pool was very clean and nicely kept

The shower leaked all over the floor so your towel was soaked. Basement smell in room. Housekeeping was loud and bumping doors with vacuum cleaner and knocked on our door before we could get ready to leave.

United States of AmericaThought I booked king bed, was given 2 doubles. Went back to get a king told was nothing available. We back to double and got call from front desk saying he had king for $20 more. Thought I book king and now charge me more. Ok fine, I will pay. Hotel smelled of mold, mildew and Marijuana. AC unit extremely load, bed not very comfortable. Housekeeping setting up their cartsoutside the room with no effort to stay quiet and made lots of noise ND talking loud.
