The staff were not friendly. One staff member actually asked the guy in front of us to wait because he was talking to his friend. Even the morning staff were not pleasant. There is no elevator in this hotel or at least we didn’t find one or were not directed to one.

The room was a good size and plenty of room to move around. Breakfast was pretty good for continental. Bed was comfortable for price of hotel

Next door room residents were noisy. Uncomfortable with people outside the side door almost always being there when i was coming and going.

Beds were hard and very uncomfortable 😕 also I went down for breakfast about 830 fixed a waffle and there was no butter and no one taking care of refills. I am staying up there again but it won't be there!

Hole in wall in hallway with exposed plumbing. First room smelled like marijuana and had a conjoined room. when it was brought to the front desks attention, their first option was to hand us a can of air freshener/deodorant bomb and use it (which we couldn't due to allergies). Finally got moved to a second room, and the shower had hair in it, and the A/C filter hadn't been cleaned. Room smelled like a smoker had been in there before. Which concerned us since they impose a "$250 cleaning fee if we suspect you've smoked in a room". The staff were unable to be located for near an hour early one morning as a fellow guest tried to reach his coworker in a different room and couldn't get an answer. They didn't answer their desk number or any phone calls at the time either. If the guest had a medical emergency he could have ended up dead. We stayed here multiple weekends last year and it was excellent, but the staff and quality have both taken an extremely steep decline since we've stayed last.

Location is right where we needed it to be.

3 rooms to get it right. Queen mattress on a full-size base. Not very comfortable for sleeping. The building has a pungent odor. Water was turned off every day(3)for a couple of hours without notice.

Jamie was very understanding regarding my room when checking in. Coffee in the morning. Parking was easy n spacious. Very quiet on the bottom floor.

The pictures on here aren’t what it looked like. These must be from another hotel. It was definitely not this nice. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and needs updated majorly. Toilet was rocking, shower head and faucet in the bathroom shower was super loose.

The pool was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly! Super nice people

The bed was hard as a rock. They need to upgrade them. Also, the noise level could have been better. There were people hanging in the halls talking extremely loud. They woke us up several times.

Overall it did not smell clean. Our room was ok but the room our friends stayed in was dark, smelled like cigarette smoke and had a dirty recliner I it like someone had been living in the room.

Room 308 the bathroom needs work. The toilet bowl has a crack and chip missing the shower curtain rod was bent and not attached properly. Room window screen broken and unusable. The hallway on each level smelled like mildew from repeated and recent wetness due to dripping wet pool goers- the smell got worse the closer to the pool door entrance. It’s says everywhere complimentary breakfast no breakfast was offered…

The room and bed was comfortable and the tv worked…

Police were outside making an arrest when I arrived. Lots of people hanging out at the doorways. Didn't seem like the greatest part of town. The toilet bowl was cracked and the shower rod was falling off but other than that this was a comfortable clean room.

Overall good room. Clean and comfortable.
