Although conveniently located there was no sound barrier from the freeway so the sound of traffic was a bit bothersome. The curtains did not close all the way particularly on the ground level the window shears did not give off the effect of enough privacy. The door locks were not fastened correctly and it lended one to getting locked out of the room. I was concerned for my personal safety and there were hidden charges and fees upon check-in so I would have to say that I would not stay at this particular hotel again.

Conveniently located - the rooms recently had been remodeled - Comforters were plentiful and smelled good as did the towels. Refrigerator was functional although the freezer part needed to be defrosted.

Check out lady was kind. Bed was comfortable, The smoke area was clean as well parking lot. I would stay there again in the future. The price Can be lower than a 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Breakfast was banana & kid snack.

the rooms specified non smoking and the rooms smelt like stale smoke and the room next to us was smoking so bad my clothes came home with me smelling like an ashtray

Asked for towels and garbage to be picked up. No one came to clean our room or bring towels. Asked rhe evening check in man he was rude said rhe maid left he couldn't help us. And demanded that we Gabe him the used towels. Not friendly at all and didn't offer to bring what we needed and garbage was piled up had to bag it myself and set beside the door.

The breakfast was bananas and granola bars and they were behind the desk. I thought I had missed it but all there was out was coffee and oj, apple, and cranberry juice. It would've been ok if there was cearal or pop tarts or something like that.

The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Also the Paul Mitchell shampoo was great.

The carpet in room 111 needs to be either thoroughly cleaned or replaced. It is filthy and smells.

The tub faucet dripped all night long, and I had to stand in non draining water in the shower. I was given a banana for my breakfast, and it was too ripe. The walls were paper thin, and someone laughed loudly from 11-1, I had to turn the fan on in the room to help drown it out. Could have used a few more pillows, they were on the smaller size.

Location was exceptional. I think charging for a pet that stays in their carrier the whole time is a little frustrating, however was grateful that you accepted pets. Bed was comfortable, room size was excellent. I liked the desk, it fit my carry on perfectly.

The shower did not work appropriately, had to call for help. When traveling this is not something you want to have to deal with. There was no contential breakfast as stated. Didn't state there was an additional fee for animals until at check in, there was a $50 deposit for using cash.

There was a roach on the door when I just arrive at the door... The clerk at the arrival was not helpful at all and even rude arguing that was hus first day and didn't know the hotel at all and he was at a personal phone call... When you book the hotel it says included breakfast and the only thing they told me was that they only had a banana or a granola bar... I definitely don't recommend this place at all...

it was a fairly nice hotel. the pillows are very uncomfortable. the bathroom could be cleaned a little better and the toilets do not flush very well.

They did not tell me until the last minute that there is a fee for my dog.at 15 per day.charged me 238.00.thats crazy.its free everywere else.then charged me that same amount 2xs.argued with me that they didn't.well my bank says oh yes they did.
