It was not clean at all. It looked dingy and the hallways were disgusting. It looked like a cracked hotel. You know, the ones that look like they stink on TV...there is no other way to describe it. And for what I paid?? It was not worth it. Nor will I ever stay there again or recommend this place.

The front desk person had a stomach bug and looked like death plus he looked like he was living on the streets. The "remodeled" room did NOT have a fire door and the bathroom door looked like it was kicked in or something. I don't even want to know who was in it looking for protection.

I didn’t like how online the pictures make the hotel look extremely nice but when I walked in I was very very disappointed. My shower wouldn’t work and neither would my heat so I was freezing all night and the next door people had parrots that talked all night and I couldn’t sleep. And then even though I was moved the hotel is a non smoking hotel and yet people were smoking pot in their rooms and I got sick from the smell of the pot. I was ready to leave and I will not stay here again unless things have changed drastically for the better.

No drinking cups were provided, and perhaps this was with good cause. The water from the sink had an unpleasant taste, and, worst of all, the sink was somehow plugged up and the water would not drain. This meant I had to get bottled water from my car to brush my teeth, to drink, etc. ALSO, there was supposed to be breakfast included. All that was supplied as a breakfast was bagels, (which could be toasted) and cream cheese, butter and Jelly. There was coffee in the breakfast room, but no coffee in the rented room itself. There were snack bars in the breakfast room, but no cereal or fruit or other components of a normal breakfast.

Room had 2 beds, as promised. Locks were secure, drapes and electricity and TV were functional. Room was provided with quiet surroundings and was conducive to sleep. Refrigerator and microwave were ok. We saw no insects or other pests in the room.

The carpet in the bedroom had some suspicious white stains around the bed, but the big problem was the smell, it smelled really bad like cat piss.

The staff. We really wanted to leave, the receptionist gave us the chance to get another room, if I’m rating the place with a 5 it’s just because of her and how nice was her understanding the problem, and trying to fix it.

The beds were very hard and dirty. There were stains on the bedframe that was concerning. They say they have breakfast, but it was just apples and granola bars. The room smelled like mj. The water pressed sucked. I will not be staying at a super 8 again.

the room was dirty. although the beds were comfortable, the whole room smelled like cigarettes and mold…and it was a non smoking room. there was also a strange questionable substance left in the bathroom tub as well. the carpet was so sticky that we put our shoes right back on. thankfully we were only there for 4 hours and then carried on on our road trip.

the wonderful lady checking us in was phenomenal. we were late checking in and she went above and beyond for us. I can’t say enough positive things about her!!

no I’ve maker, for a large hotel they only had 1 machine in the lobby area that unfortunately had broke while we were there. the rooms did not have the a/c going on this 90 degree day so it took hours to cool off.

They said they were remodeling but the carpet was sticky, the tile flooring in the bathroom was not cleaned, only one trash can in the entire room, no hangers, no vent system for the shower, smelt strong of weed, breakfast was apples, granola, and coffee.

Parking was convenient for the rooms. Roku tv was nice.

Bed was like a rock hard board! Soo much noise in the night. We were on the top floor but all night sounded like people were yelling and throwing eachother around! Woke us up atleast 3 times. Even if it was in hall or next door was just rediculous and we didn't even go to bed until midnight. Also only thing offered at Continental as they call it was bad coffee. No food. Wallpaper and caulking all peeling off in bathroom but probably just needs remodeling. Get new mattresses, listen for quiet at night after midnight atleast and offer people something to eat especially if you offer that on your website.

Easy check in and out was the only thing good.
