A big reason why I chose the hotel was the included breakfast. Unfortunately, the included breakfast offering was insultingly bad. The entirety of the offerings: Fruit Loops, Frosted Flakes, Granola Bar, Milk (left out, not refrigerated), Apple Juice, and Coffee. Spoke with hotel manager, he said it was the best they could do for $40 a night budget hotel. He seems to be unaware they charge ~$80 (incl taxes) a night. Room didn't have tea/hot water/coffee maker HVAC blower sounded like it was on its last days

Better breakfast bar needed more juice, fruit stuff for toast. Access to coffee all day whether in the room or in the lobby. Taller toilets it felt like you were sitting on the floor.

The staff when we checked it was not the friendliest. Breakfast was not as advertised. Bedding looked like it had not been changed due to spots on sheets.

the bathtub was not cleaned out properly , there was a used soap on the counter and no Kleenex in box also coffee machine was disabled the other front desk a female was very unprofessional. when I was waiting for the documents to be printed out she was dancing in front of me and in the morning the milk and the creamers were all gone sour , she was kind enough to get me some milk but did not remove bad one also asked me for a tip when I checked out at front desk …..

Noise , i was given a room with a door to combine the next door room into a suite . Except for slamming door noise and a dog barking fairly tolerable for hearing the neighbor. Black mold around the tub . The elevator wreaked of cigarette smells and some cleaned up graffiti and glue from a missing sign and filthy hallway carpets ,doesn't give a great first impression. Burnt out lamps over bathroom vanity and a noisy exhaust fan. Needs more outlets for electronics.

The bed very comfortable , towels soft . The heat unit ran very quiet ( seemed to take a while to start up ). Toilet had a powerful flush .

it smelled terrible as you walk in, we were on the second floor and the hallway is terrible smelling! the bathroom door had a huge hole in it (looked like someone punched it). the shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned with hair, soap smears and mold throughout it. breakfast was a joke—-some bagels and muffins and Frosted Flakes….not impressed.

There is a large pot hole in parking lot. There is cases of toilet paper in lobby. Bathroom not clean behind door. Linens are very cheap. When I checked in the person behind the desk was on her cell phone. Trash cans out front overflowing.

It was run down. My room had a lingering smell. Walking on the carpet made my feet feel dirty. The walls are paper thin. You could hear the next room over talking plain as day, or when the toilet flushed. It was overall just old and permanently dirty looking and feeling.

Property was conveniently located. Easy to access. Bed was super comfy. The housekeeper left me clean towels everyday. Price was enticing.

Could have been given something in place of breakfast. Also the front desk man who checked us in tried ripping me off of $60. He asked for cash from my 8 pound dog and then it also charged it on my card. When I saw it on my bank card I went to talk to him about it and he act like he had no idea but then realized he owed me $60. I will stay at a lot of motel eight and this is the first one I have been really disappointed

There was no breakfast due to Covid but they could of given us bags with water and a muffin and fruit that is what other Hotels were doing.
