I checked into the hotel on Wednesday September 20 evening, and paid until Sunday morning September 24. Due to the fact that I could not rest, never mind sleep, and the noise levels were very high, next day September 21, around 14:00 I decided by to depart. The desk clerk did not want even to mention I requested a refund for the last two days and called the police on me. I have recorded my encounter with the police and the desk clerk and left. I have pictures and video documenting the stay, the discussion with the clerk and the police. Legal remedies to be contemplated and explored.

Nothing. Noisy, dirty, with bed sheets burned by cigarette and dirty. I took pictures and recorded movies concerning noise levels and many incidents of loud disturbances caused by occupants.

Everything was horrible.

They were a baby cockroaches in the bathroom. The bedsheets were dirty , had peoples hair and stains all over the bed, burn marks in the sheets, and all the blankets. The floor is dirty. It smells disgusting throughout the whole property. Nothing was clean. It was a fleabag motel. It was disgusting. I will never stay here again.

The room was disgusting. The blanket had holes and stains. They was a cockroach in the bathroom. We didn't even end up staying there. We went somewhere else. I tried to get our money back, but they would not give us a refund.

It was very nasty I walked in the room and left and couldn't breathe at all It smelled like burnt popcorn but worse. It was dirty and nasty. I couldn't believe how dirty the room was.

Smelled of smoke, stained sheets, drug deal out by pool. we left same afternoon as we did not feel safe or comfortable,and found a new hotel.

SHAME ON BOOKING.COM FOR PUTTING THIS HOTEL ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, the room was horrible( I should have taken picks), there was old food all over the floor because the room had not been swept. Second, there here hookers everywhere!. Third, I would not even let an animal lay on the blanket they had on my bed. But the biggest by far was the couple smoking crack in the room right next to me!!! And to boot, they still charged me for the one day even though I left after an hour!!!!!! I will never use booking.com again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My room was not cleaned well at all. There was mold on the corners of the tub. They want u to reuse your towels. The lady at the office, what isn't to say.... Very passive, She was polite if spoke to although breif with works and a blank stare but didn't seem to mind all the drug addicts sitting next to the office door by the pool getting high. I smelled the disgusting smell of pills as i had my 2 little girls swimming in the pool that i myself had to clean. It was gross 🤢. I let the girls go in the pool but shortly realized there were towels and garbage n leaves all at the bottom of the pool. I tried to get the girls out but who really gets a 4 and 5 yr old out of a pool without a scene. Anyhow i got the pool cleaned and then to find these drug addicts passed out from fentanyl pills so i grab up my girls to go inside. I mentioned it to the lady at the desk of whom had no concern for it. It was something normal and ok for her. I then ask about the free breakfast and she says there's a grab and go in the morning. There was only nasty old tasting coffee put out. Was such a disappointment for myself and my kids. I won't be back or recommend. Very disturbing, disgusting, not for kids or non drug addicts.

Well i mean i guess that i had somewhere to sleep for the 2 nights i had booked n paid for.

The room. Where do I start? Floor wasn’t swept or mopped in days it seemed. Furniture missing drawers. The bed cover had cigarette burn holes and “ stains “, only a sheet. I could go on, but why? If it wasn’t 11pm and tired I would have looked for another place.
