Non smoking room smell like cigarettes

The room could use new paint, it was cleaned but walls were dirty, bathroom window was barely closing. We booked 2 rooms. The coffee machine was broken in one room and the other room didn’t have any. They provided one working coffee machine after I asked. The breakfast was not quite like on the picture, when asked the man at the front desk said that picture of breakfast room on internet was taken about 20 yrs ago… Here’s what was available for breakfast: coffee, hot water, tea, jogurt, sweet breakfast cinnamon buns, cereal bars and 2 apples were left. The front desk man told us not to eat too much and that we should take some food and go to our rooms. When asked why we can’t eat in breakfast room since there were tables/chairs over there, he said: ‘it’s their policy that we can’t eat in breakfast room’. There was no information on the breakfast room door about such ‘hotel policy’. I’ve been to number of hotels/motels around the country and never experienced such ‘customer service’. I don’t recommend staying there.

The rooms were outdated for sure. All the furniture is banged up, peeling, or broken. Light switch when you enter room doesn't work, had to literally use my phone to flip on the bedside sconces, and one of the lightbulbs was blown. Definitely needs a renovation, or at least new furniture.. it was clean, but really felt like I should be paying maybe 50$ to stay here instead of 100$

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Probably the only good thing about the motel!

Staff was very rude shower wouldn't work where they had to keep sending us to other rooms just to take a shower and gave a handicapped room shower as well knowing we weren't handicapped. When we needed fresh towels toiletries etc. The staff was rude seemed to not wanted to be bothered and we stayed for 6 7 days there and been nothing but issues sink would clog up for not reason. It was hard to even get our room cleaned and even had to go and wash our own sheets and spend our own personal money

1st room given had no heat. 2nd room the Walls were dirty, nowhere to hang your clothes, the bar was missing for it, the mirror was removed from wall and on the floor. Broken light switches Most of all, A bathroom towel was dirty and an ugly patched hole in shower but shower was clean.

The 2nd room had a good working heater in it. And it was smoking room, A decent bed and a shower and toilet

The "non smoking" room smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. This was hard to get past in order to be comfortable. The room appeared somewhat clean but some things were missed (greasy finger prints on the full length mirror)the facilities were extremely worn down (rusty areas on doors and window casings) WiFi was terrible

Our room was on the ground floor and had an entrance directly to our parking spot.

The TV did not work. There was no soap in the bathroom and NO HOT WATER.

"Breakfast" was a non-breakfast. A bag of protein bars.

There were people who somke stayed there before and we can smell it when we were there. The air is so bad. Also, the sound isolation is zero. There were a family talking loud and making noise till 12:30 nights. Crazy! The worst experience in last 2 years. I will never choose a low star hotel again.

the floor was dirty and sticky no ice bucket or coffee maker the breakfast was an apple, danish, granola bar and yogurt in a bag even though they had a breakfast room the grounds had alot of trash on it

The place looks outdated.. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling. You can hear loud noises, Lucky I brought my ear plugs! If you don't mind those little details, . Overall the bed was comfortable and for the price for two night stay it went by quickly to put mind to it.

The price was definitely not worth what you got. The first room they put us in was absolutely disgusting. There were muddy footprints all over the room, the toilet had urine and hair all over it, and the room smelled like smoke.

It was a convenient location. The bed was comfortable.

Their "nonchalant" attitude. when I called the front desk (after 1:00 in the morning) to say that the television in the room next door was SO LOUD The front desk guy said that he would "take care" of it. Nothing changed. TV was still loud.

The location of the breakfast, was fine. The room was off of the front desk. The content of "the breakfast" was NOT so fine. THere was no more coffee, the milk dispenser was empty, there was only one choice of cold cereal, and there were no more napkins. AND there was at least a half hour more time before the breakfast time ended The answer I got when I questioned this, was "There is No more". That was all,,,,,,, no apology.

There was roaches coming from the hole on the wall, this made our stay very uncomfortable we had to put all our belongings on top of the table, I honestly have pictures and videos of it, I would like a refund
