To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe rooms were not very sound proof and could hear a lot of traffic. The TV did not come in very good. The non smoking would have been nicer if the they separated the hotel a little further from the casino at least put doors between the hotel and the casino so it didn't smell so bad trying to get to your room.
The price was pretty good.

Close location from my RV rental. It was quiet and restaurant quite good value for money. Felecia Turner from reception was amazing as I needed some letters sent to hotel which were quite important and she ensured they were ready for me. Excellent customer service!!

United States of AmericaIt is an older place. Plumbing have issues: at first there is no cold water ("cold" faucet has hot water), so you need to drain water for 10-15 min to get any cold water. If you take a shower, expect the water to change from hot to cold and back by itself (I was on the first floor). AC is loud, so had to keep it off.
The entrance to the hotel is close to parking. No need to go through casino. Staff is nice and helpful, and they give out some freebies. 24hr restaurant (diner) at the property.

Value, location for flight getting in at 1 am then getting on highway the next morning to drive to Arizona, kids room across the hall from ours, friendly staff, great breakfast!

United States of AmericaThe building and rooms look old, the lobby smells of cigarette since it's allowed to smoke in the casino, the entrance is not very welcoming.
The staff is very welcoming and they give you a lot of coupons to spend in the casino, which can make your stay fun.

We don't frequent casinos and were just passing through Las Vegas, so maybe all hotel casinos are smoky. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had no other complaints.

United States of AmericaCasino is horribly, horribly smoky and reeks of old cigarettes, this odor permeates the hotel too, somewhat, my clothes smelled of it (I have never smoked) and everything needed airing and washing later. The cafe is very good but hard to eat with the casino attached and that stink.
A very nice room, nice bed. Comfortable and exceeded my expectations. Street noise lower than I expected. Area is not what it used to be but I didn't stay around prop much as I was working.

United States of AmericaMy first dinner was the rib eye steak. I asked for medium and it was almost raw. Sent it back and it came back perfect . Breakfast of biscuits and gravy were excellent, best I'm had in a long time. Second dinner was super dog...not so super, I expected bigger. Steak fries were under cooked. Wait staff on second dinner didn't seem interested in being there. I asked a question about an item on the menu and she didn't know anything about it..She never came back to ask if I needed anything.
My room was excellent. Everything I needed. Allowed my dog.
