The bed was really comfy for an economy hotel. And the space and size of the room was great.

Our Christmas visit was cut short due to false complaint. There were kids running up and down the hallway and drug dealers outside in the hallway. Making noise. But when my mom and brother came to visit. The clerk gave us a noise complaint and asked them to leave. What a way to ruin Christmas

The comfort of the bed is amazing. The cleanliness is loveable. My kids loved every minute of their sleep. They have breakfast for us ready in the morning which is nice.

i didn't like that the lobby where breakfast was locked and had to be unlocked just to go in. i usually get breakfast and go to room to watch TV/ NEWS. but there were signs that we couldn't take any food out. that part was very disappointing.

10:10 housekeeping came around told them I was still in there getting ready after that every 5 minutes they kept coming back so around 1045 I felt like they were rushing me out and when I stay there that never happened so I felt rushed out and left some stuff buy the time I noticed I was missing stuff it was to late to go back

Cold breakfast was a grab and go.

The stairs you trip over the flooring. The owner and a homeless man were arguing at the front door as we were trying to come in.

It was supposed to be smokeless but the whole hotel in the evening when we arrived smell of cigarets smoke. But more than just tobacco. Had to ask for a different room it said smoke free but it really smelled. The other room was better but I had to use spray to deodorize

There seemed to be odd traffic and activity after dark. My 15 year old even noticed. When we left the next morning the floor smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor.

The front desk attendant was very friendly.

when we checked in to out room, the air wasn’t on and the room was very hot, we turned the air on but it still took around a hour for the room to cool down a bit since it’s like 100 degrees in Texas right now.

I did not like the breakfast too little items and too much exposure although i am staying another night its out of convience to move but i will not be attending breakfast again and then the cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations toilet had which looked like a soap or cleaning film (i hope) in which i used my own product to wipe away...i seen two small bugs but i use a diffuser with natural peppermint which kept them out of my sight...i am no new person to frequent hotel stay because its my profession so its understandable this hadnt been noticed...my professional advice is to at least treat room 124, the two beside it, and the one in front of it to keep pest out! Also back door was locked upon arrival coming from a late dinner my sister and i parked further down to be closer to watch car if need be and we had to walk to front entrance traveling alone as two women that is a bit unsafe for the activity surrounding hotel. Other than that last nights stay was pleasant and surprisingly quiet!

The best for me was the Guy at the front desk during my check in around 8pm ish he was very nice and made sure is was able to accommodate my stay. The location was good but not quite downtown my family came on a medical emergency for my baby niece who is a patient at the Cooks Children hospital we needed to be a little closer to hospital but this wasnt too out of the way!
