They raised the rates after a week stay and I was going to be here for over a month stay. They went from I’m guessing winter rates to summer rates exactly a week into my stay

I did not like the fact I couldn't take a bath only a shower. Also the breakfast was not good.there was not much of a healthy choices for diabetics.

The motel is tired. The back door wasn’t working, my deadlock was non existent, the carpets in the hall were frayed. The breakfast was minimal.

When I arrived, the employee handling check in was dealing with a check-in issue with the guests who arrived just before I did. This was an extended issue, as there was a problem with how the guests were charged (multiple times) and the man could not explain the charges. After about 10 minutes, these guests kindly stepped aside to allow me to at least get in my room. Delay aside, the building appeared to be in disrepair as well as scarcely supplied in the kitchenette/breakfast/coffee area. It was just not a very welcoming environment, in my opinion. Additionally, a few days after my stay, I realized that I had left one of my sandals in the room. I had to call a few times before I was answered, and I was passed from one employee to another. I do not generally leave anything behind, but I *thought* since the hotel (not being super busy) had my contact information, that they might reach out to me but they did not. The manager said the sandal was more than likely just tossed into the trash as opposed to being turned into the front desk, Needless to say, I was disappointed.

I chose this hotel for the location, as it was near the where my event was being held and very convenient. It is close to the highway.

Room and bed were standard super 8 Fajr. But the air conditioner kept reseting itself to 71 everytime I was out of the room for extended periods. So I'd come back from work to a warm room.

the towels provided were disgusting they had stains and things on the washcloths and towels that were not usable/quality of washcloths were dollar store quality and nasty-the water barely ran out of the shower

you have to pay a $150 deposit when you check in that “gets reversed” when you check out. I stayed for 2 nights and I got charged a second time and have another curious charge from them on my account. I’m currently looking into what’s going on.

The mattress I slept on you could hear the springs squeek everytime I moved and it was not very comfortable. The dresser has seen better days. The windows were not very clean. I was also was very let down by the breakfast. They had cinnamon rolls wrapped individually and you had some yogurt to choose from. We ended up going to McDonald's for breakfast.

The windows in ALL rooms were cracked open. When I inquired about whether or not the air conditioning was working, I was told that it worked just fine and to close the window when we got to the room. Something was mentioned about condensation and the air conditioning causing it to be too damp in the room. Once we closed the window, turned the temperature down and went to dinner, the room was cooled down to a comfortable level.

Very friendly front desk staff, efficient process of checking in multiple guests made for a quick check-in even though there was only one person working. Carpets seem to have been replaced recently.

The room was not that clean had to buy bleach wipes to wipe the lamps with a lot of finger prints , bathroom was not up the part. carpets look very dirty
