Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Those actually used bar of soap in the bathroom in the shower with a hair on it.
Breakfast was pretty minimal. It was nice. They had a waffle iron hot. None of the above choices applied. This was my halfway point stopping for the night on my drive between St. Louis and Dallas, Texas.

Bed sheets were very thin and need replacing! Carpet needs cleaning and general cleanliness of room was sketchy. Room smelled of smoke. Pool & spa are closed.
Staff was friendly. Low $ rate. Good location with ample parking. Beds were comfortable. Quieter than expected, being across from a truck stop. Breakfast was limited, but ok (waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, banana, coffee).

The towels weren't very big or thick but did the job. The tub was clean but the finish was very woren. For a short one night stop on our way home from vaca, it was all good for the price.
Price was great. Employees were very nice. The grab & go breakfast was good. We did have some problems with the AC & they offered another room, but since it was late & we were in our PJ's & all settled in with some our things unpacked & in the little refrigerator, we kept the room. They gave us a box fan which was very helpful & kind.

The website stated that they had a pool and hot tub, however both were not functioning and that was the primary reason I chose this hotel, so I was very disappointed, and the desk staff were not at all worried that I stated how disappointed I was..

there was no elevator and it was hard to get to the second floor for my senior citizen mother. also, there was all out an inch and half gap at the bottom of the door I could see under. not sure why. I didn’t notice it until we were about to leave and I never felt unsafe.
the staff at check in was super friendly, and the room was really clean. we did have a friendly spider chilling in our bathtub, but otherwise the room felt really clean and comfortable. location was good.

Our room was comfortable. The location was Very convenient. We had waffles with a banana for breakfast. Hubby had yogurt. There was 2 choices of cereal, 2 kinds of juice. We would stay there again.

the linens were old and worn, the tv was difficult to operate, the non smoking room smelled of smoke. there were no blankets in the room. the spread on the bed had cigarette burns. bathroom was in need of a clean. I had to get my keycard updated 3 times during my stay handwritten signage on the lobby windows and doors were tacky and rude

Didn't like we were in a separate building from the main building. There was a weird smell when we walked in threw the main door to get into the building and this door was broken and didn't shut all the way. Anyone could walk the building.
