Hotel is very very outdated. Had a mini fridge that was leaking so the carpet was wet. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Room was old and not nice or comforting at all.

Everything was dirty, matress old and soft and loose bed frame, rust on the fridge, shower and curtain had mold. The room had a horrible scent and the towels were stained and should be replaced.

I liked the fact that I only stayed one night. Never ever will i book here again.

Pictures did not look like actual rooms. Not updated. Tv didn’t work the first night there. A new one had to be installed the morning after we checked in.

the price and the geographic place, just by the side of ocean near the beach, it was perfect

no included food, but it was announced, the swimming pool was great, my bed broke on a side but i have been able to repair it. the employees were not too much nice, behind a window and don t talk at all

Well let's start off when I first went to check in I booked the room at 76 dollars. I was accused of having a screen shot and when I showed her it was the app. She then went to tell me she could not honor the price I booked it for and stilled owed 96$ after them already taking 50 out. I do not recommend at all. Also there were bed bugs in our room to the point I woke up to them

The hard mattresses, roachs not entirely ugh towels. Really old motel. Was not willing to refund money even after roach s in room. Also had to park in the lot a block away. I did stay because there any no other rooms. I did tell the manager about the roachs and was told that they would have the room sprayed never did. I also was charged double on my card and they kept my deposit saying the floor was wet. Lesson learned if it wasn’t for being so far from home I’d never took this room. They also refused to give me any money back after I wanted to leave because of the roachs. Poor management. I am not giving false information, the sofa bed was already broken it did not even have a mattress in it. The sidewalk in front of my room was used by other people there because it was in a corner out of the sun. They are not telling the truth here. Very dishonest people. Shabby roach infested motel. This is not the only fevers that talks about the roachs just glad I didn’t get the room with bedbugs.

Staff when checking in wasn't friendly. The bathroom was in bad shape. They tried to fix however not much in the way of effort. There was no kitchen sink. There was a board where the sink should have been. It wasn't the best place to stay with kids. Glad it was only for one night. The price was not worth it. I expected more for what I paid.

They didn't come vacuum, no tissue no ice

First of all I'm disable had to Walk up stairs thought it had a balcony but didn't the room was hot an the refrigerator spoiled my food , they wouldn't give me enough towels had to buy own tissue ..the people at the front was VERY rude I deserve some of my money back on the stay the ice machine wasn't working 😡 very bad hotel

My stay was good enought to not have any negative remarks.

Very close to the beach. We had a view from our room. This was an available place that we were able to book within budget for a last minute trip. Close to many stores, food, and shops. We had 1 issue where the refrigerator wasn't working. The owner said that he'll be up in 30 minutes to replace to fridge, and he did just that. He even allowed us to look at a room before entering which was a comfort to us and we appreciate that gesture very much. Our stay was pleasant and we would vacate here again. The male house keeper made sure we had what we needed. Even bought up what seemed like new towels and wash clothes. Thank you for the reassurance you provided at check in, which also provided comfort to the many questions asked. You guys are very nice and polite as well.
