We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I don't expect much from a budget hotel but this one seriously needs renovation. the beds were thankfully clean, which serviced for our short stay. Also, the "included breakfast" was barely breakfast at all: pre-pacakged muffins, yogurt, and coffee.
The concierge/attendant was welcoming and helpful. he promptly switched our room when we found that there was a problem with the one we were assigned.

United States of AmericaI had NO hot water at 6 am in the morning. I ran the water for 5 minutes all the way on hot. It never reached warm, let alone hot. The TV didn't work properly. It was either a blue screen WITH sound or a picture with NO sound. We were there for 25th reunion. We were only there to change and sleep. It definitely wasn't worth the price that was changed. The "free breakfast" is a continental breakfast with 2 food items. Fig Nutons (cookie) and a piece of pound cake (individually wrapped). There was a small can of apple juice offered for beverages.

The room: the refrigerator’s freezer was a block of ice, The drapes ar so old that there are many small holes on them, no soap or shampoo provided, empty toilet paper roll was empty, the lights were not working, no remote control for the television. If it wasn’t for the evening desk manager, who brought us new bulbs, TV Remote No blankets placed on the bed

United States of AmericaThe room itself had a funny smell but after I showered my soap had the room smell better. Also the water pressure was really bad but that might’ve been just my room. It was a little dirty, the walls need a little cleaning inside the room but it was pretty much a motel room. The people attracted to this hotel and the one next door were characters.
The staff was absolutely phenomenal!! I mean really amazing. They were kind, helpful & incredibly friendly. The price was also pretty good.

United States of AmericaFront desk person both at check in and check out were rude. No greeting "What you need? is how I was addressed. Couldn't accurately tell me how to get to my room. I had to park out back due to parking lot being full. No big deal! When we got back to the desk to head to our room I was told I shouldn't of parked there that the front lot was closer. NO KIDDING it was full so I did not have a choice. Given no information then talked to like we were dumb. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years and own my own small service business currently. I know, no one wants to work after COVID and it's hard to keep people. A recession is coming and people will be making conscience choices about where they spend their money. It starts and ends at customer service and perceived value. Be better!!
