You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere were hairs on my pillow and the bathroom floor. I looked as if it was cleaned, but not well. The blankets were thin and old. They had cigarette burns in them. Funny, but I slept well. There was no outside noise. The staff was very nice.

United States of AmericaThe staff at the front desk. One female, was rude from the beginning. I was trying to check in and she seemed like I was interrupting her day. I thought it was just a bad day thing so I pressed on. But when I checked out she charged the wrong credit card. My son reserved the room using his card. When I arrived I was asked for my card to update the account. When I looked at the receipt and saw the error I was told there was nothing she could do and then she went back to her world.
Location was really good right next to highway. Room was ready upon arrival. Overall stay was good

United States of AmericaOnline they said breakfast was included but went down for breakfast and they are not open for breakfast due to the pandemic they need to take that offline for right now and I didn’t know they wasn’t offering room service either cause no one came to my room to see if I needed my room cleaned . So if I had known all of this I could have stayed home or booked another hotel.And also the hallway has a little smell and the light in the hallway are not bright at all. So disappointing!!!

United States of AmericaThe bed was horrible. I would get only 4 hrs. of light sleep each night and sometimes woke up with a headache. Thus was due to the feathers pillows. I asked 3 times for foam and was told they did not have foam pillows. I have severe allergic reacrion to feathers.
The coffee was great and the staff was professional and friendly.

The room was clean and the only thing that I didn't like was the door. The latch was missing screws. But other than that I love the rooms and the staff was very nice.

United States of AmericaKids came in the hotel and pulled the fire alarm at 9pm at night. My shampoo wasn’t full, although the night clerk did replace it and she was nice. My phone didn’t work, there was an open outlet with a wire sticking out, the turntable in the microwave didn’t spin and the coffee pot didn’t work at all. The hallways reek of marijuana smoke.
I liked that the bed was clean.
