The bed was terrible. Way to soft. Wore out. No coffee maker. Bathroom didn’t have an drinking glasses! Smelled pretty bad as well.

Told on arrival that there was no free breakfast. Found out while checking out that they did. That would have saved me a lot of time and money!

The room furniture was stained, the toilet seat was found broken and detached; overall it was only a basic place to sleep. The sheets and towels were clean at least.

I didn't stay for breakfast, it was being made and didn't have much I was interested in. The staff were friendly and attentive, helped me get checked in late and out early. Very basic place for the $.

bathroom door hinge broken, toilet seat broken, luggage rack loose, no water glasses in the restroom, no extra toilet paper in the restroom, when we were there there were three loose dogs(boxers) running down the hallway which scared my wife. Front desk clerk not very friendly.

Unfortunately, this hotel smelt horrible. We were in a non smoking room, but you could still smell smoke. Online it showed this hotel had a pool and fitness room, it did not have either.

The staff were friendly. I was given a small refund, due to checking out early.

When we tried to turn on the heat in the room there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the unit.

The air conditioning unit had mold inside and I get very sick when exposed so I had to leave.

Staff were helpful and nice. It's a convenient location when traveling.

Bed was uncomfortable. Room was FILTHY. I didn't even wanna touch anything it was so dirty. Thank God it was only for 2 nights and for sleep use we were gone all day or I would of switched hotels. I don't recommend at all. If our son had been with us would of switched! Not a place for kids let alone adults.

Everything Booked a smoking room, and they dont have them. Could have booked a cheaper room. Offered breakfast, don't have that either. Minds you, my confirmation stated all this, so I felt there was no need to check. TV didn't work when I arrived, called the front desk and no one came. I ended up fixing it myself. However, the remote never worked.

When we arrived to the hotel about 6-8 police vehicles were there investigating an incident, we still chose to check in because our reservation was non refundable Although, once in our room.. there were cigarette burns in our non smoking room all over the bed sheets, our peep hole was missing and had electrical tape covering the hole and I did not feel safe, so left almost immediately and rented a room somewhere else to feel safer. Not to mention the reservation said free breakfast and there indeed was no breakfast told By the front desk staff

Getting asked to leave after 5 nights and not receiving a refund for the paid in full 6th night

I booked the hotel for the third time for two nights totalling 6 days. After the third night, before the 11am check out time I was asked by the hotel manager to leave and would receive a full refund. As I did nothing wrong to be asked to exit the hotel other than having a conversation with the Omaha Police I adhered to the request offended and looking forward to a different place to stay. To make a very long story short I was never issued a refund for the night of August 23rd 2023 and am still awaiting a reasoning and response as why, almost 1 months later

The place was disgusting it smelled doesn't seem like it's clean there was nobody ever at the front desk and was very expensive I stated better hotels that were less expensive
