Roaches in the room. Bathroom had to be cleaned before we could use it. I did that myself.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of cons that almost completely overpower the pros of this property. Firstly, the evening front desk staff was less than savory to interact with. Our door had a gap on the bottom that we had to plug up with a towel/sheet because it would make a loud whistling sound and let a LOT of cold air in. Housekeeping barged in on me in the nude twice, and one of them still asked if we were checking out 2 days into our stay. The other time, one opened the door (at least after knocking) and ran away upon seeing me naked even though we actually needed more towels, etc.. Housekeeping would avoid our room as a result, and to be safe I had to put the Do Not Disturb sign on our door the entire stay and walk all the way down to the front desk from the second floor whenever I needed something for the room. This resulted in trash bags accumulating in the corner of our room and we had no idea where to dispose of it because of housekeepers avoiding our room and the fickle front desk. Luckily, we weren’t staying long enough for it to be much worse.

Checking in was (mostly) a smooth process. The room overall had pleasant aesthetics, the bed was big and though a bit firm at first, it was comfortable and just needed a bit of breaking in. Bathroom was clean, the mirror and sink outside of the bathroom were clean. I’m very appreciative of the toiletries we received (soap bar, conditioner and shampoo) and how high quality they really were! Very good shampoo and conditioner! It was also easy to communicate over the landline phone provided to ask for more information.

Rude manager, AC fan could not be powered off - was very noisy. Towels not clean. Problems opening door from inside.

Have a swimming pool would have been nice.

Did not go eat breakfast there. Not really a bad place just need some upgrades on stuff around there. Their is no longer a swimming pool there was disappointed about that. Located pretty close to a lot of stores and restaurants so that was a plus.

When we arrived at the location the hotel wasn't having breakfast like they said. The beds was full mot a queen the lights was awful it was very dark. Our shower was dirty and the toilet lid was nasty and looked like it hadn't been wiped down. The counter had a spit that looked like it was barky cleaned down and looked like jelly or something had been wiped but not clean.

The toilet didn't work properly. The ac sounded like it was going to fall apart or blow up at any time. The bed was soft but felt like I was going into a hold. The cover was thin with cigarette burns. The room had a god forsaken smell and the smell was all in the cover.

The lady at the front desk was so friendly. The location was okay. The the water was great.
