Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We came in on motorcycles someone complained about our music literally pulled in and shut off, then we were outside talking not even loud but then go told to move because someone complained about that as well (not the facilities fault but it was 10 pm on a Saturday. There was dog was barking for hours…
Nice clean easy to find, dog issues was being worked on as fast as the front desk could.

The room was not vacuumed, the tub faucet leaked, the electricity was questionable on one side of the room, the extra refrigerator that did not work. I felt like we were in a storage room
Happy to get a three bed suite, that accepts pets. Very simple, straight forward hotel.

Recent painting was completed without taping off the trim, so paint smears, drips everywhere. Breakfast was just cereal, yogurt, fruit, bread and mini waffles. Two occasional chairs and an ottoman were placed in the room where probably only one chair fits well. Seemed like it was shoved there as an afterthought.
Easy access off I-80. Fairly spacious room.

Toilet paper had mold. It had gotten wet and dried out and mold +black spots on it). Toilet seat was not tight. Moved ALL the time you went and the tank too. Tub rusty around overflow drain
Location and our room was on the first floor. Uce machine and breakfast was great.

Only breakfast items available were bruised bananas and some very awful waffles (bitter - tasted terrible). Breakfast nook had tables and chairs stacked in the corner and lights were turned off. Floor was sticky.

No refund for un-used days. I had a change of plans and only wound up staying 2 of my 4 nights booked.
The rooms were amazingly clean! Decent housekeeping everyday with new toiletries and towels. Hot water in the tub when needed and it had veey friendly and accommodating staff! Laundry facilities were great too after a day of hiking!

Not exactly dealbreakers but since it might be for others: breakfast was mainly cereal, fruit and yogurt, but no juice or hot items (except for DIY toast). small tv, small bathroom, top bed blanket had a big, lightly (oil?) stained spot, huge faded old stain on carpet. Walls could probably use a paint touch up.
Staff was friendly. Big room with three beds. 2 non reclining chair sofas. 2 fridges. It was nothing fancy but it served our purposes for keeping it affordable in the area. Sheets and pillows were clean and unstained and I had a good, and quiet nights rest.

Bathrooms completely remodeled with tile and granite, were spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable, towels good, lots of hot water. Due to covid, breakfast is minimal continental which was fine with us. Carpet, sofa and lobby are a little long in the tooth and could do with some spiffing up as could the building exterior. But overall, a great deal for the area when major events were going on and prices had gone up across other hotels. They are definitely following cleaning protocols in the rooms which was very comforting.

It’s pretty basic but we have a dog so can’t be picky. People nice and room clean .our first venture out since Covid so a bit nervous. Limited breakfast ( chocolate donut and cold cereal ) but McDonalds across the street. Covid dictates limited breakfast so not property’s fault.
