At breakfast, a condiment was clearly marked "peanut butter". It was actually a soy product, completely peanut free. The staff said it was sent to them by their parent company as "the new p'butter' to use (obviously meaning to avoid allergic reactions. Unfortunately, labeling it peanut butter means those allergic to p'nut butter will think they can't eat it, but worse, guests allergic to soy will not be warned away from it. Corporate needs to communicate better with the franchise.

I booked this motel specifically for the pool. I was sent an email stating pool #1 was not available, indicating there was a pool #2. Was told there was no pool for use. For the amount of money I paid I was not happy

The price was too high, plus they would not use coupon of which range from $85-110 until 9/15/22, of which I paid $240/night. Key card had to be reissued every day. Pool was not open. No room numbers on outside of building to see where to park. Room/building had a bad smell. AC seem to mask the odor. It should have a refrig and microwave for the price you pay,

Beds were sunken-in and uncomfortable to lay on for a long period of time. The carpeted floors were damp as soon as we walked into the room.

booking.com moved arrival and departure dates instead of adding a day at the beginning. Increased the price, and I still had a $300 night at the end of the stay billed directly to hotel.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool/hot tub and both were closed. Never once, was I sent an email, offered a lower price. Nothing... I think $270 per night for just a small room, a room without a fridge even, it's just too much in my opinion. I feel like if I was offered a discount because the only amenity that everyone books this hotel for, was closed. Breakfast was available but I did not attend. All I know is the big sign on the juice that says just for breakfast time only. I mean come on it's juice...

The "breakfast" was awful. Just cereal and bagels. If this is what is served, it should not be advertised as breakfast.

Our toilet wouldn't flush - I went to the desk in the morning, but when we returned it hadn't bee looked at. So i went back to the desk when we returned early afternoon and maintenance was at the door in minutes. He was great.

Old and rundown. Definitely needed some repairs and polishing on repairs that they had attempted. The Door frame had spackle that was not finished or cleaned and was brittle and breaking onto the floor. The lock to the door was difficult to get to work.

Furniture was old and 'tacky' to the touch like they had been repainted too many times without properly removing old varnish. Downstairs room the carpet felt damp all the time. Upstairs room did not have the carpet issue. All was acceptable and expected, due to the price. My biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed, the ad on booking should not this as it was a selling point to me. This being said I would stay there again.

Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, rooms were decent. They accepted a dog which was a plus and the breakfast had a few options.
