We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaEntire hotel smelled of smoke. Our room was a bit better. Breakfast could have been better (granola bar, hot oatmeal, coffee only choice). Coffee was good though.
Location good. Price paid. Hot shower nice. Clean sheets. Front desk manager was friendly, kind, responsive, professional. Allowed pets.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that there were no glasses in the room. The breakfast was not really a breakfast at all. The coffee was empty by 6:30 am, and there were only 3 food options. Bananas, granola bars and oatmeal. None of these appealed to me, so I had nothing. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.
I liked the price and that it looks like they have been painting and trying to fix it up.

United States of AmericaHotel was not clean and very ran down, The pictures on website looked nothing like what we walked into, there was garbage in hallway when we got there and checked in at 3pm and was still there when we left next day. Webpage said bfast which we always dont mind paying extra if it is included, we got there to find out it was going to be oatmeal packets and granola bars. If it were not for my room being non-refundable i wouldeve paid extra to stay somewhere else.

United States of AmericaSuper 8 Review Fine dust on doors/walls. Breakfast falsely advertised. No waste basket. Got 1 on request. No facial tissues. No refridgerator - microwave was in breakfast room. Cold water tap on sink turned off. Almost got burned. No TV channels until I ran a scan to find them. Channel guide comes up empty. A man just used a hotel key to walk in without knocking! He said he was remodelling rooms and wasn't told I was renting this one. Later, he was smoking out in the rain, 10 feet from my window, looking in. There "was" painting being done in hall. I don't have a "do not disturb" sign! I tried the shower. It leaked and sprayed to the sides. It was loose, so tightened it as needed. It still leaked badly. No housekeeping or trash pickup for "stay-overs" (2+ nights). I could not wash laundry as their detergent was out of stock.
It was quiet at night and the bed comfortable. I slept fine. It was clean. Plenty of places to buy food nearby.

The room was clean, shower worked good, had everything you need for an overnight stay.

United States of AmericaIt was what you expect from the place. I had complaints about there being no towels, room wasn't cleaned up like the housekeeper was in a hurry maybe. The pillows on the other bed weren't on the bed. And the door was broke the thingy up top was broken and kept hitting the wall and the door had to be forced closed because of the it being loose. I let the lady at the front desk know because I didn't want to be charged for anything.

United States of AmericaOnly cereal as a breakfast option, with only 2 choices. Room wasn't very clean, as I found a razor head in the bathroom and garbage under the bed when the comforter was used. The room was very basic, no fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room. Air conditioner/heater was really old and was either really hot or really cold.

Coming into our room so no privacy. They said it had to be done but as we were leaving they was outside smoking. If that was the case they could of let us get ready without being disturbed.

CanadaRan out of coffee day 1 of our 3 night stay with no plans to get more for 3 days, breakfast selection was pathetic (blamed it on covid but we stayed at another hotel 3 days later and their breafast was great), no hair dryer just cords hanging on the wall where it should be, run down motel, stained mattress, box spring very worn and frayed

parking lot was dirty. The carpet in the hallway is dirty!! even tho it says no smoking someone was smoking in their room so the whole hallway stunk. The motel it’s self is not very clean! won’t stay again!!

The breakfast was grab and go meaning only breakfast bars. Milk is in gallon jars kept in ref and bananas was almost rotten with black spots. There was no ceiling light in the bathroom room 205.
